DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU CAN AVOID IT. My dental implant fell out within two years. My new dentist was so confused because that is unheard of outside of the first dentist (bridents dentist) doing the procedure wrong. Then brident waited until the last month to submit my insurance claim and submitted it to the wrong insurance. By the time they submitted it to the right insurance it was past the claim time and my insurance wouldn't pay it. Of course these money hungry lack of accountability parasites sent it to collections. What's best is that they won't give me access to the information I need to get my dental repair done without a payment, which is fully illegal btw. On top of that it took me two weeks after my implant fell out and over 25 calls to be able to get ahold of someone and once I did the chick was so rude, but that's not surprising, they were rude every time I was there as well. Get your dental work literally anywhere else. I would rather let all my teeth rot out of my mouth slowly than have to go here again. Thank goodness my new dentist actually cares. read more

I have not been contacted by one person from this location or the Western Dental / Brident business office. Regardless of what they list as a response to this review, no one has reached out or tried to rectify this situation. I made an appointment for a Saturday at 3 pm which I came in for and the entire front office was empty and pitch black. I waited for maybe thirty minutes before someone finally came up there, looking confused and asked if I had an appointment. I said yes. They seemed surprised and said the dentist had gone home for the day due to an emergency and I needed to be rescheduled. They did not give me any advance notice or even seemed prepared that I'd come in for my appointment. They rescheduled it for the next Saturday and said their availability was at 10 am. The text confirmation I got actually said 10:45 am. I arrived the next Saturday at 10:45 am for my appointment and waited over two hours to be seen at 1 pm. This is incredibly poor time management and preparation. Bonus points though as the dentist and assistants themselves were absolutely lovely and made the experience fun and friendly, I still wouldn't mind coming back just for that. However, IMPORTANT NOTE - they do not tell you until afterwards that they only accept card information for payment, not tap or anything else. This makes it really difficult to pay if you don't have a physical card. read more

Update: I am at the office and the business manager is trying to straighten it out for me. I was told that I only owe $2500 for my treatment because they had put in a discount since my insurance wouldn't cover it. Something told me to look on my portal and there was a $4500 balance. I went to the office some months and inquired about a call that I received saying that I owe the money. I was told from the gentleman at the counter that does their accounting that it was a mistake. I call customer service tonight and she said that an audit was done and I am being billed for services all the way from 2024/2023. I was so upset that I can't remember which year. read more

WORST customer service, horrible oral surgeon. Bad equipment looks dirty and unsanitary. I had all 4 wisdom teeth pulled and even confirmed twice who my pharmacy was. Sent a family member to pick up my prescriptions around 3pm since the procedure was at 9 and I knew it would take time to fill. Surely 6 hrs would be long enough to prepare a prescription. While my family member waited for an hour I called Brident which uses an answering service to explain the situation. I was told each time I called that they would send a message since they couldn't get anyone on the phone. The NEXT DAY after surgery, I drove myself to the office to speak with Ivan the office manager who assured me that the prescription was called in on yesterday. Unethical, dishonest practice! I chipped a piece of the corner of a molar that has a filling in it and Brident (Euless) told me I needed a crown. They quoted $1,500 to get the job done. I went to another dentist and he said that I didn't need a crown at all, that I just needed the corner patched. also, Brident said there was a new cavity in that molar which was also not true! The worst experience I've ever had dental wise. I went in for a exam and cleaning. First of all, they kept me there from 8:00 to 11:00 with waits in between and rude service. They did my x rays which was very uncomfortable and not quick or easy. After my consultation they wanted to charge me over 600 with insurance to fill cavities and that I needed a special "gum" cleaning. I refused services of course and went somewhere else. So for the 3 hrs I was there I got a bad check up and ridiculous estimates. My new dentist did the regular cleaning and scheduled my cavity filling for a reasonable price in 45 min with no concerns for my gums. I went in a second time to get MY medical record X-rays sent to my new dentist. Well to no surprise they didn't send those over either. This is a horrible place to go. It's also important to note you don't even get a private room just a curtain. There are plenty of dentist out there that will treat you like a professional practice that they are. read more

If I could give zero stars I absolutely would. The lack of professionalism and administrative organization is actually appalling. Appointments and insurance verification, or lack there of is like no other health care clinic I've ever encountered. Multiple appointments made and canceled, insurance issues, and zero communication. Patient care and consideration is abysmal. Wouldn't recommend this office to anyone. If your insurance recommends them, refuse them and request another dentist. Save yourself the run around and stress. We will be seeking alternate dental care at a more reputable office for my father. The reviews are what they are for a reason! The location on Main St in Euless is ran so unprofessionally. The front desk people seem to care less about their job or the quality of customer service given to their patients. They will call to confirm appointments without getting insurance info so when you get to the office, it's an extra hour or so of wait while that process is completed. My family was also scheduled for an appointment and called 30 minutes prior to let us know that they don't see patients at that particular time?could we come in "right now." We went in...waited an hour to be seen and was told that my son couldn't be seen because he has braces and the wires have to be removed first n then we would have to come back. Huh?! Not to mention they were mopping the office preparing to leave for the day. Of course I had some words and the manager tells me he was only helping out as if it wasn't his problem. My son is autistic, has ADD and ADHD. And was seriously nervous to get a filling done. The dentist refused to do work when he came back a second time prepared to get a cavity filled because he's determined that my son needed to be sedated in order to get dental care and have to go to a low-grade dentist hospital in order to get it done. This is not right this is discrimination against their willingness to be patient towards people with disabilities they were also unwilling To figure out how to accommodate me being legally blind not able to read the paperwork and get help in filling out new patient and or dental plan paperwork. I read the reviews, but didn't have a dentist but I did have massive dental pain. The technician was nice and showed empathy for my dental pain and unfortunat situation. After the x-rays and initial exam I talked to the business office ladies. My treatment plan consisted of one cavity, two extractions, one root canal a partial. Totaling $22,000+ WITH INSURANCE. I put $1,250 down, which left my monthly payments at around $348 a month which was a struggle to try to pay but because I wanted good dental health I tried as long as I could and then covid happened. Right before everything closed. I went into have one of my cavities could not be saved and in the middle of the procedure I was so the cavity was too big and would have to have an extraction of one of my front teeth. The prep work for a partial was done and everything was closed down payments are still taken and I was missing a front tooth. When the office finally did open up again I was given to my partial during a cleaning and prep for an implant. When I tried the implant on the tooth that was made to cover the front tooth extraction didn't even come close to covering the space that was left from the extraction I was told not to chew on the partial and that it was just cosmetic to cover the noticible space from the extraction. Needless to say I was thankful for mask wearing. Within 2 weeks the cosmetic covering fell off and I was left with a worthless cosmetic partial that I was still paying for. I called the Euless office I got the call center and hold times. I was annoyed I couldn't talk to someone local when I called the local number. Besides the assembly line/factory feel of the practice, rotating dentists never the same human etc my I couldn't stomach paying $300+ a month for a assembly line dentistry without the results I was paying for. I wish I could go back in time and do it all over again I'd stomach through the pain and searched for a local family dentistry office and saved more of my teeth and money. read more

The oral surgeon Dr. Martin Fu and Department manager Mr. Irving was suppose to send Prior Authorization Form which was required to send to my insurance company for approval for implants and they never sent this form. Dr. Martin Fu started dental procedure with my insurance company permission and he had put in the implants screws in my mouth. They filed a Claim Form to receive payment and my dental insurance was denied. Dr. Martin Fu refused to finish the dental work he started and I left out of their office with out any teeth in my mouth. This was negligence and it is their mistake and they did not try to help me. I have had multiple infections in my mouth. I wanted to tell my story so that no one else will go to this dentist office and experienced the same thing I did. Once again our day was wasted due to poor service from the administrative staff at the Euless location. My Wife had a procedure rescheduled for the 3rd time and I needed to be there because she was going to be out under. I once again took the day off of work and 2hrs into the visit we are notified that's the Dr cannot perform the procedure because the administrative staff forgot to tell my Wife not to eat. She was the 4th person of the day to be sent home for the same reason. They charged us $200, but didn't perform the service paid for. We can't stand this place, but we're locked into a contract until her braces are complete. The Dr is good, but the administrative staff is terrible!!!! I had a crown come so I called on a Friday afternoon and got an appointment at 4:30pm. I arrive at 4:15 and is told they are closing for the day. (Their hours are 8am -6pm). So I have an appointment for the next morning at 8am. I arrive a few minutes early and was told I would have to wait outside because the dentist was there yet. So I go in and wait with two other people. Their names get called. 50 yes 50 minutes later my name is finally called and they want to take xrays. I only came for a crown to be put back on. I then am told by the dentist that I need a new crown because the one I have doesn't fit well. I asked for her to just do what I came for. A total of 2 1/2 hours wasted! read more

Worst clinic and worst people I've dealt with all around. They are all dishonest from top to bottom. I had braces 2 years ago and was told that I was getting permanent retainers after I get them off then I proceeded to take them off and was informed 2 years later that they don't do permanent retainers and that the doctor that was working at the Euless location got fired. I made a couple impressions for my upper teeth and waited 7 weeks just for it to come back and somehow not fitting my teeth. I complained to the front desk and the new doctor and they still made me pay another $150 which is crazy to me. My gap started opening back up and just felt I was getting scammed because there was no point of braces then. I finally got a metal retainer that fit 3 weeks later. And a month later magically the doctor and the front desk said they could do permanent retainers now after I paid another $150. This place is full of a bunch of unethical and unprofessional people. I will never work with them again and make sure none of my family members do. read more

In my opinion it does seem like they are just trying to give you services that you may not need for money immediately they will have x-rays done before you do anything else because if your insurance is half decent it will cover your x-rays Even the dental assistant let it slip that this is the only office she's been to that does so many x-rays from the start This is the only dentist office I've been to where you have to have x-rays done before anything else can even be approached most of their options magically are not covered on insurance. And then they'll try to sell you on applying on a credit card "no interest for whatever the promotion is" and then it's 26% added from the initial charge. Which I believe is either the parent company or something of a subsidiary then if you turn that down they have financing at their office at 17% and 20% down I now see why they have such a low review. I am a senior citizen on a fixed income. I went to Brident for dental work last October (2022) and received an estimate for services provided. My portion of the bill was 425 dollars and I paid it in full. The work was done and I thought nothing of it. Until, 9 months later, I received a bill for the service Brident completed 9 months earlier showing I owed an additional $687. When I called my insurance company they informed me that even though the facility was in network, the DENTIST the work was billed to was not in network nor any paperwork was ever submitted to add them to my insurance company's approval list. Further, there were 10 items on my bill that showed the insurnance did not cover. When I asked the insurance company about those items they explained to me that Brident did not call the provider number that tells them what is covered and what was not. They also stated that they offer this information to all providers so they can accurately bill their customers. I tried appealling the decision with the insurance company but because I did not receive any billing for the service until 9 months after the denial, the time to appeal their decision had expired. Senior citizens beware of Brident. They take advantage of you by cramming your bill with a bunch of items not covered by your insurance company then try to make you pay for it. BEWARE! This is the worst dental office I have ever been to. read more

I'm not sure what happens to the phone lines when an office associate calls the billing dept, but I believe it to be some sort of wormhole. Just waited 1 hour in the waiting room of a Brident. It's excusable if it's once or twice, but this happens EVERY SINGLE TIME I bring my brother in to the ortho... They did this with me as well, which is why I switched dentists!!! People are much better off with smaller private practices. Been waiting 15 min so far in the exam room...no one has come yet... Also, I went in to the exam room with my brother. There was no chair for me to sit on, so I stood for 10 min. No one offered a chair. I sat down on the ground (which is filthy, by the way), and 6 workers walked by, looked at me sitting on the ground, and did NOTHING. When I first started going there, before the name was changed to " Brident dental" it was a great place, the staff were very nice and organized. Once it became Brident, everything changed, they are very rude, never follow up on the appointments, never on time. The reason why I continue going there is because my daughter started a treatment with them and I believe I have to finish it with them.. I personally will be looking for a different dentist office for myself. Do not go there unless you don't mind to be treated with rudeness and be aware that you will need a lot of extra time, if your appointment is for an specific time, expect to be taking care 1 hr or more later. I ask her a question and she puts me on hold, when she comes back she says"sorry I have no matching records for you" and I'm like what do you mean by that? She keeps repeating the same thing and proceeds to say that she has other calls to attend and cannot help me. I proceed to ask her for an explanation for her behavior and she hangs up!!!!
