Since this is not on the menu I would have you contact Tee Jay to insure he has it prepared since the duck has to be roasted first and he may not have it available all the time. The lunch came with an egg roll kinda thing, salad, soup and rice along with the entree. Serving rice with a noodle dish didn't make much sense to me, but whatever. The salad was served with a peanut kind of dressing, it was OK. The egg roll thing was a little greasy, but that's an egg roll for ya. The Pad Thai was served in a bowl. The bowl I found, actually keeps the dish hot longer than serving on a flat plate. Good idea! There were lots of peanuts and served with a lime to squeeze on the noodles. I'm glad there weren't a lot of bean sprouts in the dish. I don't like bean sprouts much, but some like them for texture. The sauce was plentiful, almost too much, but good tasting. You added the chili flakes for your own spice level. I liked this version of the popular Pad Thai dish here at Thai Lotus and I thought the lunch special was a good value, with prices these days.
