I had been craving their General's chicken here and decided to come in for their dinner special. My food was served piping hot and was delicious per usual. This time was the sauce was my favorite. Next time I'd pass on their fried rice (soy sauce rice), there's nothing else in it. It's missing eggs and veggies. The restaurant has always been clean and tidy on all past visits; their restrooms are kept clean as well. I brought home my leftovers and an orange chicken entrée and a war wonton soup to-go. Everything was delicious. Next time you're in Carson Valley area and craving Chinese food, stop on by.

We ordered family style: Egg rolls: (2 orders, 2 in an order) 4/5 pretty standard egg rolls. Chicken Fried Rice: 4/5 rice was fine but I didn't like the chicken as much. Just my personal preference. Garlic Chicken: 5/5 This was my favorite dish! The chicken was breast meat, the garlic sauce was so good, and it included carrots, white onions and zucchini. We ordered it with extra garlic so there were slices of garlic as well. Delicious! Cashew Chicken: 4/5 pretty good, but I didn't detect many cashews. But the dish itself fine, with nice medley of chicken and celery, carrots, onions, etc. I do like a nice cashew crunch so maybe I'll ask for extra cashews next time! Mongolian Beef: 4/5 this is always a go-to dish and I normally love a lot of onions if the ratio matches the beef. This definitely had more onions than beef, however it was not a dealbreaker, but something to take note of. We had a fair amount of onions left on the plate and it could have made 1 more serving. However it was delicious so maybe next time I'll ask for extra beef? Lol. The decor is really cute too, nice chandeliers, paintings and jade statues. Service was great too, no complaints!
