Honestly I don't understand why this place is rated so low. Is it the best Chinese food I've had? No but for what it is it is good. We went for the lunch buffet on Sunday, for 4 people with drinks it came out to about $64. I'm not sure if that included a child discount or not, didn't check. The food is warm when you get it and they constantly replace items. The selection isn't the biggest but what they have is good. It's your typical buffet, yes the carpets are a little dirty and the booths could probably use some updating but it is fine.

Local Asian buffets nowadays are all hit or miss. This one is no exception. The food was actually really good today at Asian Star Buffet- Sawmill/Festival Place. (My better half suggested it, which is super rare, so I rolled with it.) They kept bringing giant trays of fresh hot food out; the cooks must've been in a good mood. Ok, so not everything was stellar. But their potsticker dumplings are always so good when fresh, and I couldn't stuff enough of their thick with ingredients hot and sour soup, Rangoon crab purses, golden chix wings and garlic green beans into my mouth. Like they say, when the stars align....

There is not much choice from the table. Price is not reasonable. Basically no service, and that's why on weekend night is like a ghost house.

This place caught my eye as it's been years since I've visited a Chinese food buffet. The placed was packed so I couldn't take pics of the food inside as it would've been rude. The atmosphere was nice and from what I could see the place was clean. The food was "meh". I tried a variety of dishes such as honey chicken, chicken with broccoli, pepper steak with onion, egg roll, tempura chicken, potatoes, lo mein, and pork fried rice. Whew! I paid $24.61 in total. Unfortunately, nothing stood out for me. Glad to check it off my list but I probably won't go there again as I've had better tasting Chinese food elsewhere.

This isn't the fanciest of buffets I've seen, but I certainly don't think it deserves a one or two stars. We were greeted by very friendly servers and sat down at a booth immediately. I took a look around each buffet line before filling up my first plate. They have a good selection of different types of chicken - all of which tasted great and had plenty of sauce. Some of the more typical American food containers were empty, like pizza and French fries, but who gets that at a Chinese buffet anyway?? I liked all of my items, but some of the chicken wasn't very warm. I get a little nervous about shrimp and fish at buffets because I don't know how long they've been sitting out, so I stayed away from it. My boyfriend enjoyed his meal too, although he thought the stuffed mushrooms weren't as fresh. The waitress tended to our table often and gave us the check with ease. I'd give this place a 3.5!

By far the best Chinese buffet around Columbus. Granted we haven't tried them all but this one is great.

Went in, saw the food, and left. Always ask to look at the food stations before sitting. A waste of time, gas, and expectations.

A mediocre buffet. The crab legs were tasteless. All the other items were as expected. Nothing special. Not a disaster either

Nice but a somewhat typical Chinese buffet restaurant. The staff was very friendly, makes dining here more enjoyable.

But inside isn't all that flavorful. Cream cheese filling adds a creaminess and the chicken itself doesn't do much. 4 3. Burger is juicy, tender, and seasoning is present but not the main show. The egg adds an umami and the bun is sweet. This burger relies heavily on the mayo which maybe I'm crazy but it taste way better than normal mayo. Ham doesn't really add anything and the bacon adds a crunch and flavor. 6 house mayo 4. Picanah is tender and so well flavored. Juicy and the fat melts away. 9 the fried yuca has a great typical yuca taste but isn't salted. I'd like to have some seasoning or flavor contrast. But dipping the yuca in the juices of the picanah solves all the problems. 8. Adding Brazilian chimichurri is ok. Not my favorite style of chimichurri. Mixing chimi and house made meyo combo with the yuca flour is 10 bite. Super good 5. Beans are soft and tender. Beans flavor but no seasoning. 4.5 after adding the yuca flour it helps a little bit but beans aren't for me. 6. Picanah sandwich is amazing. Adds the flavor of that picanah to the delicious house made mayo. This sandwich doesn't rely so heavily on the mayo. I reslly enjoyed this. I'd like it more if the bread wasn't so much. The chimichurri mixes really well with their house made mayo. Fatty with a tang. Tender and juicy. This might be a 10 if the bread wasn't so thick and bready 9.5

They have a menu of items you can try in order off of, but my sister and I got the buffet and we're sure glad that we did. They had some salad bar items and then hot bar items with different items that rotate daily. In addition, they had a gentleman carving beautifully cooked steak, lamb, and sausage at your request. Everyone that worked there was super nice and helpful. Multiple people stopped by to check on us and welcome us. All the food was delicious and we picked out a few desserts to take home from the bakery (not included in the buffet price). There's also a little Brazilian market attached to the restaurant that is worth checking out as well. The restaurant itself had a really nice vibe with exposed brick walls. One of the women working told us that happy hour is from 12 to 8 but I will have to come back and try one of their cocktails at some other point. I will definitely be back.

Hm...., I give them a 3 stars…read more First time here, not impressed. I walked in, I was standing at the hosted stand, waited for literally 5 minutes, I almost turn around and walk out, how do you let a customer standing at the front for 5 minutes? Since it was my first time, I'm not sure do I seat myself or someone will come up and help me seated. I saw 1 waitress working, she was pouring drinks for a table of 8-10 people, for a bit, i seriously thought she's the only one working at the front. Finally, another waitress came out from the back. I seated, already not happy with the service for a first time customer. The other waitress came, asked me what I like to drink. I looked over the menu, and read some the options, seem like the popular dish is the $12.99 lunch bowl, waitress came back, no drink. Asked me ready? Help yourself. Huh? I'm like no I'm not ready, where is my drink? I seriously wanted to walk out. I'm like okay, give it a chance. She came back with my drink, asked me again, I told her, I never been here, how is this work? She said you can take the $12.99 lunch special, or you can do the special combo, which includes drink, appetizer and I think the California roll for $19.99. I told her just do the $12.99, and she told me take this empty bowl and go get my own food, they cook it for you. I'm still very confused, they give you a card, write down your name and your table number. So I'm thinking maybe I take the card with me, I took whatever I like to eat, and leave the card with my bowl for the cook. After few minutes, I was t really sure, do I go get the food myself or the server going to bring the food to me? Very confusing, I read the other Yelppies wrote the server is very helpful to her, but I gotta say, not at all during my visit. Food is okay, nothing so special except is cheap, $12.99 lunch special Very bad experience for sure You all can go tried, you maybe like it, but don't expect anyone will help you

We ordered takeout from Wy Mongolian Grill a couple of nights ago and it was delicious! We've…read moredriven past it quite a few times and had heard great things about it so we decided to finally try it. I ordered the Chicken Stir Fry and my husband ordered the Beef Stir Fry. I love that they have brown rice as an option for the base! The chicken and veggies in my bowl were cooked nicely and were abundant! The brown rice was a little greasy but the meat and veg were not. I got the Hibachi sauce and it was tasty! We also ordered one order of steamed gyoza and one order of fried gyoza. The fried ones were deep fried which was a surprise because the picture on the menu looked as though they were pan fried. I really enjoyed the steamed one! We will definitely order again! They have a huge menu and I'm excited to add some sushi to our next round!
