One of the worst Asian restaurants I've ever had, the "Hibachi" wasn't hibachi at all, it wasn't even steak.. just some rubbery beef.. for $20 they give you hardly any meat.. I honestly wouldn't eat here ever again.. worst experience ever.. over priced and not worth the time or money for what they are serving.. even the fried rice tasted boiled.. Bad day? Below average. I had two spring rolls and an order of chicken lo mein. The spring rolls were greasy, and the filling bland and lifeless. The lo mein noodles were cooked perfectly, but that's about all that was in the dish--noodles. There were a couple of small chunks of chicken, and a couple of small slices of a vegetable (like Chinese cabbage), and that was it. The reviews here are mostly favorable, and I don't doubt that they are honest, but I did not have that experience. I could have been because it was a Sunday and Father's Day, so maybe it was just an off day for them. read more

How did the driver get from Enfield CT to Agawam MA so fast? Amazing! The food was piping hot and the bag was full of delicious smells. The dumplings were a generous size and the filling was savory. I ordered on Christmas. I was so grateful they were open. The portion was great for the price. The person on the phone was kind and understanding. The food was delivered in a very timely manner. I was shocked. First time ordering delivery at my house that wasn't DoorDash. The staff gave extra fortune cookies. The presentation of the food was great too. Solid Chinese food is our go to. Hibachi chicken slaps they use a lot of pepper if that's not your thing you might not like but I like it

I ordered General Tso Chicken and a side of pork fried rice. Delivered via Grub Hub. Delivery took about 40 minutes. Price was $54. Yeah. You read that right. $26 for a single serving of chicken, and $6.50 for rice. The rest was larceny......I mean, Fees. Food was nothing special. Delivery went across the street and I had to go and retrieve it. I'm done with this place. read more

We have been looking for a decent Chinese restaurant in the northern CT area (having moved from CA) and came across Asian Grill which had a 4 start rating on yelp. We ended up ordering hot and sour soup, fried dumplings, veggies and chicken and orange beef. Overall the food was pretty good, well seasoned and tasted as expected - the hot and sour soup was the BEST I've had at a local Chinese restaurant. It was perfectly seasoned and not at all bland, which is unfortunately what I typically come across. The fried dumplings were filled to the brim with meat/veggies and tasted really - so good in fact we forgot there was dipping sauce! The veggies and chicken were just okay -my preference is the "white" sauce for the ingredients to be cooked in, this was the brown sauce - just a slightly different taste but not as good as I was hoping. We enjoyed the orange beef as well, only note about this was that the beef was not at all crispy, you could tell it should have been crispy but did not hold up well in transit from restaurant to home. Of note, Asian Grill has a pretty cool take out set up at their front door during COVID - it was creative and definitely seemed to be more protective than just walking in some place! We will be back :) OOH and it was super convenient, we were able to order online and pay and then just go pick up. I loved that! You just weren't able to "customize" like some online ordering platforms allow you to. read more

This turned out to be a very nice surprise, the Hot and Sour Soup was very good; the Szechaun Chicken was extremely tender but the most notable fact was the nice assortment of fresh vegetables, wok cooked perfectly with a wonderfully flavored piquant sauce. This was an above average Chinese American dining experience which I hope to repeat at some point soon, only wish they were in my home town. read more

This evening when placing an order for delivery, I requested for a California hand roll and specifically reminded the lady on the phone twice to make it as a "hand roll" instead of the regular maki roll. FYI: in their most recent "Grand Opening" menu-- they did advertise saying they do maki and hand rolls. Everything went well from order taking to the billing but I was upset after receiving the delivered meal. They served the California roll as a maki roll as opposed to what I've repeatedly reminded them on the phone. Normally I wouldn't make it a big deal but I was expecting and craving for a hand roll, which explains why I deliberately confirmed with the lady twice for a hand roll. On my call back to the restaurant, the lady acknowledged her mistake and offered me two options: 1. Credit the $ of the California roll to my credit card. 2. Have her guy to deliver me a new hand roll. I went for option #2 and the expected delivery time was around 30-40 mins. After waiting for 1.5 hour, I decided to give the lady a call back and was surprised for her horrendous standards in following-up with my case. She told me that after checking with her chef, she was told that the kitchen no longer serves hand rolls and she forgot to call to inform me about that. When I explained to her that I had been waiting for the 2nd delivery which she had promised, she took a step back by insisting that since I've finished my meal (including the wrong order which is listed as same price as the hand roll), we can call it a draw. I got upset because it was her idea to offer me option #2, without the need to return the wrong maki roll since it was already packed in the same container with other dishes (I wouldn't mind returning her the wrong maki roll anyway). A moment ago she confirmed to replace my order with a new one, after that she insisted that she can't do anything (which she hadn't exercise option 1 - giving me a credit card refund on the wrong order). Instead, her proposed new solution was to give me discounts in my next order. Excuse me, it was my first time as your customer and you've already gave me a terrible experience yet you expect me as a returning customer in the future? I'm sorry I'm very disappointed and this is my first and last time with Asian Grill Enfield. There's other places I can get sushi for ;) read more

Five stars because this is what you want in a neighborhood takeout place! Looks like a hole in the wall but it is neat and clean. We ordered the Family Meal special with sooooo many dishes! The chicken and broccoli was the best dish and every other dish did not disappoint! The kids loved the General Tso's. Says it feeds 4 more like 6. The staff was neat and courteous and had our order expertly packed. An employee even helped carry our order to the car because I had two kids in tow. Can't wait to try their sushi! read more

We saw all the "great" reviews on here and thought "what the hell! Let's try it!" Customer service? She took our order but no welcoming feel. Food? Microwaved leftovers. That's what it tasted like. I order shrimp lomein and my husband ordered general tao chicken. It was old tasting. You know when you have 2day old food in the fridge that you finally decide to microwave and it's a bit harder and stale? Noodles are extra sticky? The shrimp and chicken were probably frozen and reheated. The price is cheap and that's what you get. Cheap food. Don't waste your money. Might as well get McDonald's across the street. read more

Good portions have gotten WAY smaller and prices gone up way high. Ordered beef teriyaki, 2 egg rolls, large ribs, large chicken wings, sweet and sour chicken and sugar donuts... total $60.51. The beef teriyaki that was cut in half from its regular size is now $9.25, chicken wings are now $14.25. I will not be ordering from here anymore, sorry. read more
