Great food for lunch. Got to have the classic orange chicken. Good quantity, prices range from $9+ for lunch specials.

They changed the food. Had the sweet and sour. Kind of rubbery. I did not get my Chinese cookie.

Tasty or WasteY? A little bit of both !!!…read moreI love this place because it's clean, quiet, and the service is great. What I don't like is their garlic chicken, should be called, spicy garlic, chicken skin! There is rarely any pieces of chicken when I order this. I rarely order it because it has no chicken. I don't know why they call it garlic chicken. It's a deep fried chicken, skin and fat. Somebody should talk to the owner about this and start adding chicken to this dish. I like everything else at the restaurant the atmosphere and the cleanliness. But sometimes trying to go cheap on a chicken plate by not putting the chicken doesn't make any sense to me. I would recommend a lot of dishes, except anything with garlic chicken in it.

Interestingly, enough, I don't remember seeing one item that I ordered, even though it was served, "peking ribs". I highly recommend anyone who like sweet ribs. Their customer service is exceptional and they are very friendly. The menu items are within my budget... Comparable to other Chinese restaurants. You would never think that a town like Hughson would have a great sushi place like the Hughson…read moreAsian Kitchen! The restaurant is nestled in the cute downtown area of Hughson, their main street. Upon walking in, we were greeted by the staff and seated right away. We were there on a Thursday evening about an hour before closing, but the restaurant was packed with customers. The menu has an extensive selection of Chinese and Japanese dishes. I had the Bruce Li roll which had tempura shrimp topped with crab meat, salmon, tuna, spicy mayo and unagi sauce. I also 2 pieces of the Hamachi (yellowtail), miso soup, and spicy edamame. The fish was some of the freshest I've ever had - flavorful, definitely sushi grade, and I could tell that it also wasn't previously frozen due to the color and texture. The miso soup and the spicy edamame were well-seasoned and delicious. My nephew had a combination plate with orange chicken, broccoli beef, and chicken fried rice. One thing to note that was really nice is that the restaurant allows you to create your own combination plates, they're not set items with no substitutions. When our waitress brought my nephew's combo plate, the food looked freshly cooked and delicious! He ate every bite! If you're ever in Hughson, try the Hughson Asian Kitchen - the friendly staff and tasty food won't disappoint!

They have the BEST sweet and sour chicken i've ever had; never a bad piece and always the best flavor. You would be shocked to see sushi on the menu until you see the chef who is a master of his craft. I've tried most the rolls and am never disappointed in flavor, freshness or presentation. Easily placing the sushi here as good if not better than osaka. I put my pops onto this spot and i now can finally close our ever lasting debate of who has the best chow mein in the 209/Valley.
