i'm not one to generally enjoy buffets but so glad I came! As soon as I walked in, I noticed a bit of an odor that seems like a mix of seafood and cleaning supplies, but it wasn't too offputting. The design and buffet are updated and remarkably clean. I'm definitely glad I stayed because the buffet options are fresh, the lettuce is especially crispy, and soups delightful. My only wish was that they had juicy big tomato wedges for salad, ginger dressing, and nigiri, as their sushi selection was all rolls. Staff were friendly and responsive. The manager kind, Jenny is a total sweetheart, and this location even had Wi-Fi they allowed me to use to get my work done so I absolutely loved nibbling while I worked! The most impressive part of my experience was that I was working for coordinate no point did anyone interrupt me or rush me. While I wasn't over indulging I also was clearly no rush to leave and they were just kind to me the whole time I was here. Nevertheless, I would definitely come back!

This is your typical Chinese buffet. It wasn't different Chinese buffet a few years ago that closed, but it reopened recently with new owners and a bit of a new look. It's pretty big with lots of booths and longer tables for larger groups. They've put up jelly paper print wallpaper. There's some flower shaped lighting fixtures - I can't remember if those were there before or not. The place is very well lit. The girl who was coming around picking up plates was so sweet and happy and smiley. The buffet has the standard buffet food, with a small sushi section. There's a small area behind where the sushi is where you could see it being made. One thing to know is that they do not skip on the protein! All of the dishes with meat were just loaded with meat. There were quite a lot of options for dessert as well and a few things we've never seen or tried before like mango gel. They had some of the largest peel and eat shrimp and crawfish I've ever seen. The food was quite good and although this isn't as large as those mega buffets, the price is considerably less and very low for what you get. It did pain me to see people completely wasting food. I watched one woman completely pile up five plates and not even eat a third of what was on each plate before having it taken away. I understand taking an item and not liking it, that's not what I'm talking about. I am never opposed to all you can eat buffets imposing a charge for excessive uneaten food, and I think it would be a good idea here.

I'm not much of a buffet kind of guy but stopped in during lunch to try this buffet as the reviews were really good. I scored some chicken wings with a really good sauce and some fried chicken. I also had some banana pudding that I enjoyed. The rest of the food was just so so and everything kind of tasted same. Buffet was very well stocked and people seemed to be enjoying their food. There were only 3 items I liked out of all their offering so I don't see myself returning unfortunately.

Roasted chicken, beef and broccoli, orange chicken.

We came in yesterday for lunch. I have seen TikTok videos about this place and wanted to give it a shot. Let start with the service. You pay before being sat which is normal. The host was very nice and welcoming. The server always kept our drinks filled and took dirty plates right away. The food was great you can tell they make it fresh! The orange chicken is amazing as is the whole buffet. It is nice and hot no joke! The sushi rolls are fresh and you can taste it! I would differently recommend this buffet and for the price you can't beat it! I believe it was around 40 for 3 with the price of drinks.

The mango jello was the best. The BBQ pork bun (aka charsiu bao) was also good. The tasted better than the light color suggested.

Relatively newly opened Chinese buffet and restaurant since around end of January. After reading many reviews, we decided to give it a try. We were hungry, but perhaps the heat made us less hungry and just more tired upon arrival. I started with the sushi and although they were all nicely made and presented, they all tasted about the same because the filling for pretty much every kind was the same imitation crab meat mixture. They are then topped with eithera thin sliver of salmon or tuna or spicy tuna or avocado, but they all tasted pretty much the same. Not yucky, just nondescript. Perhaps some imitation wasabi would've helped but the rolls were all salty enough as they were. Next, I got some hot Chinese food and they were all ok except everything was overly salty and saucy. The salmon was pretty good, but the shrimp didn't taste all that fresh and were super salty but not tasty, it was overwhelmingly salty so that I couldn't really taste the flavor, if any. The peanut chicken katsu was good though, that one had definite peanut (PB) flavor and the crisp coating was really good. Too bad I was already quite full by the time I saw and got a couple pieces to try. My son tried a little bite of it and was not impressed though, so maybe the flavor is too different as katsu doesn't usually taste like peanut butter. Finally, it was time for dessert, the mango jello was very good, it must be some Chinese buffet industry wide mix bc every Asian buffet that offers this presents the same exact flavor of mango pudding in the jello form and it's super delicious. I could eat this all day long. I also tried the famed egg tart and it was ok, I like the sweet and salty juxtaposed flavors, but it was too big an egg tart and I was half expecting it to be more like a mochi texture in the middle bc I know it's not the traditional egg tart filling, but it was much not cake-y. The pineapple slices were good and sweet, and I also had a charsiu bao which being steamed from frozen factory food actually was pretty good and the filling was plentiful and tasty and the bun was soft with a near perfect bao texture. Specifics: The big prawns and small shrimps were both disappointing, the both were too salty and not flavorful, also didn't taste very fresh. Passably edible. The katsu and the zucchini were good here, that's about it. The mango jello was the best dessert item. The BBQ pork bun (aka charsiu bao) was also good. The tasted a lot better than the light color suggested. The little piece of coffee cake was good too for being mass produced. Overall, the food was ok to good, but not as good as Harbor Seafood and for some reason I had a hard time finding anything I really wanted to eat or try and didn't go for seconds of Chinese sushi which I usually do at Chinese buffets. The service was attentive and kind, our server was a very polite and friendly lady who came by and cleared our table frequent enough but not so much as to be bothersome so it was the perfect amount of service. She was smiley and you can just tell she's a positive and pleasant person. That was a high note, I hope they keep her around. The ambiance was ok, it looks like they took over a previous business and the tables and chairs are older, and the decor inside was kind of a bizarre outerspace design with walls painted to look like planets and stars illuminating in the dark of night on most walls and a lot of black paint was used to cover over walls, rails, bathroom doors, etc. Definitely low budget remodel, but acceptable for a more affordable Chinese buffet. We enjoyed it enough to come again if the quality stays the same. We noticed many people do the pile it high and stuff it full take out box option, but I'm not sure how much that is. It's in a pretty central location of Mesa close to Gilbert too so it's not too far for those in East Valley so it's nice to have a new option for a family friend Chinese buffet.

I want to note that I don't think the actual name of this business is *NEW* Asian Buffet, but just Asian Buffet so when you search it, you will have better luck. This has been on my radar after a few of my Yelp friends made good reviews, and since then I've been hinting at my hubby that we should go. Last night, we went with my little toddler and parked near the front. Upon entering, their pricing was the North-facing wall and we noticed all patrons pay upfront and give their drink order as well. Children under 3 are FREE. We got seated as quickly as we paid, and the waitstaff took into consideration our need for a high chair before we asked! They also gave my little one his own water cup without being prompted. The restaurant was very clean, with some storage boxes in the corners. It was very warm inside from all the hot stations - it was to the point that the windows were a little foggy. Now for food: YES, it is GOOD. Their Chinese dishes were so "chef's kiss" All their chicken based dishes were not dry at all, their lo mein was flavorful... the STRING BEANS, tender. I did get some calamari, that was dry but it seemed to be grilled instead. The prices are not bad at all compared to another Chinese buffet in Chandler.

I haven't been to a buffet in years and decided to give this place a try since it is not too far from me. We were a party of 7 and they sat us towards the back at one of the big tables. The inside was clean and well lit. It was pretty busy as the whole first two sections of tables were full. Our drinks were brought out right as we got up to get food. The food choices were not bad as there was a variety of dishes. They had: Sushi Soups Chicken dishes Beef dishes Seafood Rice Chow mein Low mein Fruits Ice cream cups Cookies Desserts ETC. Everything I ate had flavor and was well cooked. The sushi pieces I tried were fresh and at a perfect temperature. We were checked on several times and the server kept our drinks refilled. She was very attentive and friendly. I will come back again if and when I'm in the buffet mood. We paid $15 a person - weekday special (Monday thru Thursday) plus drink. Water is free.

Nothing worse than COLD COLD COLD Buffet. Steam tables not hot enough to keep anything warm.

When you walk in, the buffet is right there behind the front desk. Yes, it was mostly a chinese buffet but there's one item on the array of foods that I liked a lot. It was a bit too spicy for me and it was Cajun sauce with potatoes and I poured the sauce in a container and made my way and grabbed some snow crab legs and crawfish and made my own seafood boil lol Pros: They stack the crab legs and crawfish Although the Crawfish didn't have any flavor (I would suggest dumping it in the cajun sauce with potatoes) Cons: It was an hr drive to PHX and the traffic.. The parking situation: It was packed. Some people stood and secured their space.. which I think is unfair but do what you must. Just luckily we found parking in front of the entrance. Best to back up park, so you can easily get out of the complex

It had your standard American breakfast staples along with items I would consider for dinner like prime rib and oysters. Our server was great - she wasn't frazzled by our large group and made sure each one of us was taken care of. The ambiance was super casual and at times busy; it is a buffet after all. Although everyone enjoyed their time here, including myself, I would not go out of my way to return. This is so out of the way for me and there is nothing extraordinary that would compel me to come back on my own.

Probably they were frozen after being cooked. Oysters on the half shell were slightly dehydrated and their taste was off. Bagels with cream cheese and lox was good but the little slice of lox on top was very small, I was tempted to take 4 bagels and just take the toppings off of them. Prime rib was expertly roasted rare, but the meat quality was probably USDA SELECT in grade. The sautéed green beans were great. The fried shrimp was mediocre at best; probably frozen right out of the bag. Menudo was also mediocre in taste, the flavor should have been rich and deep, but it tasted pretty flat. No dim sum and that surprised me. Dim sum used to be a standard offering. I love Sunday brunches but I really gotta find another place.
