Normally, the lemon is on the side along with the nuts just scattered across the top. As soon as I tasted it, I realized that they had squeezed the lemon into the dish and I also realized why. They were trying to offset the abysmally sweet taste. Pad Thai usually is a little bit sweet, but this tasted like they had poured honey into it. It was clear that they hadn't added any broth to the dish. In addition, the noodles clumped together because they used the wrong noodle. Pad Thai noodles are typically a flat rice noodle. These were thin noodles, like spaghetti. Overall, the dish was an unmitigated disaster and I won't be returning here
