With great efforts by automotive specialties I have changed my review.. Thank u for listening to my concerns and doing needed to be done to improve customer satisfaction. read more

The service they provided for me so so convenient and hassle free. With my insurance they picked up my car and gave me a rental. Although it took them a month to fix my car, I was ok with it because I had a rental and my car came back in better condition than when I bought it a year ago. I am amazed by the detailed cleaning job. The customer service was great too, they always took good care of me and even waived some of my fees. If you are looking for good customer service and a job well done, this is the place for you. read more

I am truly impressed with the service provided by Automotive Specialties. My car was hit while parked on the rear bumper/quarter panel and after taking it to automotive specialties, the car looked like I was picking it up from a dealership! The attention to detail and the strive to perfection is truly unmatched. They even fixed other minor bumps and bruises that were on my car and fully detailed my car prior to pick-up. I am extremely happy with the service provided by Mike and Anthony. They know how to take care of their customers and as much as I like them, I hope I dont have to use them again! I would 100% recommend Automotive Specialties to anyone who needs repairs done on their cars. Bravo read more

If you read my last review I spoke very highly of the staff at Automotive Specialities. I was hoping not to have to bring my 2015 Audi Q3 back to them anytime soon after my last accident but unfortunately I did have to. Long story short I called them right after my accident. Naji immediately sent a truck to pick up my car that had been towed to another shop without question. He did not want anyone else touching it. They answer any questions or emails so quickly and are always so nice. Sadly the car was deemed a total loss :( but that didn't mean the guys here stopped working for me. They helped me deal with the insurance companies and made sure I got the best settlement possible. They know what they are talking about! I was already so stressed about the car being totaled and they once again went above and beyond for me and made this process a little bit easier. Even when I went down to clean out my belongings from my car they had already done it for me. And they did not miss anything and it was all packed up for me in a box. Not only are the extremely accommodating but their work is impeccable. If your getting your car fixed somewhere else youre making a mistake! I will continue to use them for years to come!! read more

A few weeks ago, a valet rear-ended my 2015 Durango. I asked my friends that work in the automotive industries for shop recommendations. After hearing top of the line reviews about Automotive Specialities, I decided to move forward with them. I can't say enough great things about their team, professionalism, level of service and speed of repair. From beginning to end, they are exceptional to work with. read more

There had been 2 different time estimates on how long it is going to take to fix the quarter panel my S5, each time longer than another. Lo and behold the final estimate date comes around and I have to be the one to call and ask why I haven't been notified, only to be told that it is going to take longer. A body shop can be efficient and do a quality job on the repair. So far, I cannot rate the latter but can only say how inefficient and frustrating this experience has been. Shoutout to the Newton 78-year-old who backed into my car without checking behind: please stay at home and not crash other people's car. Get an Uber. read more

These guys are great! Unfortunately, my Audi was totaled after a couple weeks of use and Automotive Specialties helped me navigate the complicated process with the insurance from start to finish. A special thanks to Mike who was extremely responsive and helpful with strategic advice to negotiate with the insurance and eventually helped me get a better settlement! I'd highly recommend them to a friend/family! Thanks again Mike! read more

These people are absolutely fantastic. They completed the repairs perfectly, dealt with the insurance folks and even detailed the whole car. Exceptional service and quality. read more

This company is awesome! I highly recommend them. My Audi needed body work done. They picked my car up (very convenient) and they furnished me with a rental for a couple of weeks while they worked on my car. I just got my car back and I couldn't be happier. The body work was done to perfection. As an added bonus, they detailed the inside of my car. I feel like I have a brand new car. You can't beat this company for their customer service, the convenience, and their work! read more

They may be hard to find because they are tucked away but boy are they worth the effort. Anthony and his team are passionate about their work and committed to doing the right thing and making sure the customer leaves happy. My car looks spectacular and while I hope I'm not back any time soon they'll be my first choice should I need any body work. read more

Excellent customer service from Mike and Kim. They were very helpful and kind to me after my accident. It was a traumatic and stressful situation for me, so I really appreciate how they treated me during my dealings with them. Kim was great at explaining the process, and Mike went above and beyond to get my car assessed, dealing with my insurance adjuster and getting the best value I could get for my car that was declared a total loss. They were professional, caring, responsive and always took the time out to take care of me as a customer. All calls and emails were responded within hours. There was no waiting for more than a day. I was very impressed with the timely response as I was getting delays from my insurance company. The car was just sitting in their lot, but they were careful to make sure I got all my belongings out of the car before they gave the OK for the insurance company to tow it away. My friend recommended me to Automotive Specialties. I will refer all my family and friends to them. This is my first yelp review as I wanted to commend them on their superior customer service. Thank you Automotive Specialties and keep up the great work! read more

Anthony and the Automotive Specialties team have done great work on my Audi. I highly recommended them for any repair work. My windshield needed replacement after a small rock chip resulted in a large crack. The new windshield is factory spec and Anthony was able to save my PA inspection stickers from the damaged windshield. I was surprised to see the stickers on the new windshield as they tear easily when removed. I am a repeat customer as Automotive Specialties has earned my trust. The ASI team continues to complete great repair work in record time. read more

These guys are simply. the. best. First and foremost, the work that they do is exceptional. I have had to leave my Audi S4 with them twice now, and in both instances the repair truly brought the look of my beloved ride back to its "like new" condition. In one case they were able to perfectly blend in a section of new paint with some of the original paint work that had faded over time - and did so seamlessly. There are probably a lot of guys in Boston who could do comparable work, but I am virtually certain that none of them have the same level of service and professionalism as Anthony and his team. They were able to be very flexible and work around my schedule, keep me informed of progress and schedule convenient pick up and drop off times. Finally - perhaps most importantly - they provide very cost effective service, and you know that you never have to worry about the fairness of their billing. All in all, while having to have repairs completed to your car is always somewhat of an unfortunate experience, ASI makes it as painless and pleasant as possible. I would send all of my friends and family to them. read more

I was referred to them because my car was hit on the driver side door, quarter panel and wheel. In the process I received little info or updates and when I did get updates it was because I contacted them. So when they told me the car was complete I went to pick it up the work was not complete. Some of the issues that are, My insurance company paid for them to replace the rim but what they did was rotate the bad rim to the other side of the car. And when I asked and show them the work order with the replacement of the rim charge on it, they said "oh the rim is somewhere in the shop, so we could put that on in about 10 minutes". The rim wasn't there, they had to order it. There was rattling in the door and the gaps between the seems of the quarter panel and the hood was larger on the repaired side. Automotive Specialties replaced the rim (but now I don't have a center cap for that rim they replaced) and now my tire pressure warning stays on but it wasn't on before they replaced the rim. They couldn't fix the gap between the panel and the hood, they said "because my car in a Nissan and not a high end car that there's nothing they can do". The rattling noise is gone but the quality of the work is very low with imperfections compared to the passenger side. Now I'm dealing with me insurance company to resolve these issues because I don't trust this company. read more

Terrific body work and amazing customer service. We couldn't be happier with the results. Anthony knows what matters to customers - results, timeliness and ease of dealing with the paperwork (we were in a minor accident). Would highly highly recommend . read more

Automotive Specialties was very helpful, I decided to go with them because they were Audi Certified, and they gave me a better quote than the first place I went to. They also have a free service for pick up and delivery of your car, they were able to meet me at my office, take my car to their shop do the repairs in only a few days, then return my car back to me. All of the staff I worked with were very helpful and professional, overall it was a great experience. I hope I don't have any more needs for body shop repairs on my car, but if I ever do I will definitely go to Automotive Specialties again. Highly recommended! read more

My performance Volkswagen was brought in for the repair of relatively minor damage to two panels. My insurance adjuster estimated the damage to be approximately $3000. By the time the repairs were complete the cost exceeded a staggering $10,000. All sorts of suspicious replacement parts were installed. Much to my horror, they chose to repaint the entire car, which was not done well. The paint job had orange peel everywhere and was of far less quality than the factory finish. After an unreasonable amount of time for the repair, which was blamed on insurance company adjusters, the car was presented for delivery with a dent in new door, rears blinkers malfunctioning, a damaged infotainment head unit, which left me with no radio, no GPS and access to other diagnostic features for more than a month until my dealership finally got a replacement. ASI denied responsibility for the damage of the head unit. The headlight windshield washers were malfunctioning, a dent was found in the hood of the vehicle, and the protective plastic coating on the headlamps had been damaged. I had to make at least four trips back to this business to address all of these problems. Unfortunately, the bad paint job remains as a constant reminder of my unfortunate experience with this shop. read more

It's hard to imagine that a person can get excited about a collision repair company after having watched your damaged car be hauled off on a flatbed truck, but that's the only way I can describe my experience with ASI. My husband and I had the terrible luck of having both of our Audis (an S4 and a Q5) hit by other drivers, in separate accidents that occurred one week apart from each other. (We also broke our wrists one week apart from each other, but that's another story!) Our great luck was that we had Automotive Specialties, Inc. do the work of repairing and restoring our vehicles back to perfection. There's no other word to use to describe the meticulous care with which both jobs were carried out, other than MASTERY--from start to finish and from the smallest detail to the largest. Owner Anthony Poillucci and his group of technicians are worth their weight in platinum, and we are grateful for their work ethic, outstanding customer service, and willingness to advocate for us every step along the way. I cannot recommend ASI Collision highly enough. It is a top-notch outfit of professionals who take pride in their talent and experience. THANK YOU! read more

My Q5 had multiple dents after I dogged a sliding on icy I-93 in NH. Based on reference by another Audi owner and good review on Yelp, I went to AS to check out and had good first impression from talking to Dave and Anthony and seen the facility. The missing one star went non-delivered promise that they would help to have rental car ready for pick up and my calls/messages for status update were not returned. Eventually the car was repaired beautifully and delivered to my house one the promised date. read more

Rare and outstanding service, especially in this day and age!

Awesome service. Very friendly staff. Anthony Lyn and brad are very friendly. They did an excellent job with my car.

After a minor fender bender, a friend of mine suggested that I take my 2012 Audi TT to Automotive Specialties for repair. I was slightly skeptical, because I am SUPER fussy and do not really trust body shops in general. I have seen my share of shoddy workmanship and incompetent body shop repairs. What a breath of fresh air this place is! I met the owner (Rich) who genuinely seemed to care about me and my car. What I can tell you is that they insisted on using all factory Audi parts(when the ins co) didn't want to pay for them . Also, they refused to cut any corners and removed everything before they painted it .They used top quality Audi recommended paint and materials. In fact, I met with Anthony and he showed me all or the latest equipment and newest procedures that they use to achieve their superior results. Also, seeing a late model Bentley and Porsche in their shop also put me at ease. The finished product is a TT that looks absolutely like new. There is no way anyone could ever detect that this car has been repaired. They even detailed the entire car to like new!( not that my car needed it, of course) Bottom line is that this place is the real deal. A family owned, professionally run body shop that does the right thing. Two thumbs up and thank you for making my car perfect again. read more
