She was amazing asked a couple of questions told us a little about the sales and promotions , and let us wounder off. She came back to find us I told her what I wanted and she made it happen. Home run for me all the way!! We knew my fiancé and I we wanted Ashley furniture bc of quality and I've had their couches before. I forgot how expensive furniture was. We came in on an early Friday afternoon. Lots of parking and scorching hot outside. We walk in and immediately greeted by Chris, young dark Hispanic guy with gote look. Super friendly! We knew we wanted leather and originally wanted a sectional leather. But Chris mentioned to us they don't make sectionals in leather much anymore because the cost and people aren't buying them! So quickly we figured we'd find a sofa that was still leather. We only found one set of furniture we absolutely loved. What I liked about it was there was no gaudy stitching or beads on the couch. It was simple elegant brown leather couches and super comfortable! Get this!!! MANAGER SPECIAL 50% off. We wanted the whole set which was: 1 love seat, 1 sofa & 1 chair with one ottoman. 4 pieces total. = $ 7,500.00 say what! Insane! BUT with the managers special $3k or so. I mean come on! Great deal. Oooo ooo and we got pillows with the couch as well. We had zero idea came with it! Delivery charge: $250.00 flat rate. Yes, we said NO thanks :( We opted for a U-haul truck for less than $100 and then drove to pick it up :) Order was easy, breezy and simple. We applied for credit and put $ down. Applying for credit took minutes. The process took quite a while 2 hours or so, paperwork, shipment details to warehouse and etc. but it's worth it. Chris was patient and he was great. Didn't pressure us at all. He sat with us and we figured out the cost of everything piece by piece. He was great! He also loves Jesus, which is even better! Pick-up was about 1-2 weeks later. Came with a u-haul and they helped fiancé put it in the truck. Wrapped up and everything so the furniture was protected. Now unsure why such screwed up reviews but man! I'm a happy camper. I got it good and so did fiancé. They have lots of furniture tables, lights, table settings, rugs, outside furniture, lamps, chairs, bed's, kitchen furniture and children's beds I mean everything. Good communication once we called Ashley customer service line to find out if we can pick up furniture day of. They had us on the schedule and everything. We did also see a table we loved! I wish I would have read these reviews before my purchase!!! Customer service is NOT a priority for them. Ordered sofa set and bed on 12/24/16. The sofas were delivered in early January 2017 but the bed wouldn't be delivered till 2/5/17. I was okay with it so I placed the order. There was no contact from Ashley furniture on or before 2/5 for delivery info. I called on 2/5 at 10 am when phones open. The line did not open until after 10:10 am, before that was the recording that they were closed and hours were 10 am to blah blah blah. After they staffed their call center My call went thru but just rang and rang the the phone would auto hang up after so many rings ... bottom line I finally got a live person (Roxanne) till almost 10:15. Long story short- I was supposed to get a call that the bed is on back order but my name wasn't on "their list". They can deliver on 3/6. Unacceptable for me so she told me she'd contact corporate and figure out how to expedite. She'd call me back when they reach her department. No cal or contact so I called today 2/8 just to be told they can't deliver until 3/6. SAVE YOUR MONEY. Go to Jeromes! They delivered our dinning room set within 24 hours. read more

We were immediately greeted by a profesional,Lorenzo. This young man gave us the attention, respect, and space that every consumer deserves. Lorenzo is very knowledgeable at his job and guided us to make great decisions from the start he provided us with his contact information just inn case we had any questions. We were instructed that their is a " good/ better/ and best" sections to the show room and really appreciated the honesty. We spent close to 5 hrs. shopping for our new home and were in no way rushed at all by Lorenzo. If we had a question and he didn't know, He would make it a point to find the answer right away. I have spent thousands of dollars on Ashley furniture and it seems that no matter what store you go into... the outcome is still the same. The customer service is beyond poor. In Murrieta the sales representatives can talk to the customers in any fashion they choose. When asked to speak to store manager Tom he was down right rude also. When I visited the store in Colton I was told mis-information from manager Francisco who had not time to explain and a lady store manager who said they make the rules. None posted and no policy in place. Do not go shop their. They do not value their customers. Awful place to shop. Plus if you shop at a small mom and pop store they can order your stuff from Ashley and get it for a fraction of the cost. Rip offff read more

I had really high hopes going to Ashley furniture since a lot of my family have gone there and I really like the furniture they chose. My sales person Danny was amazing. I went to Saturday before Thanksgiving and I walked out of there with an exclamation that half of my order will be ready the next day and the other half will be ready the following Saturday. This was not the case at all. The warehouse somehow said my entire order was ready and said I need to go back to the Front store and speak with someone. When my partner and I get there lady name Roxy was extremely rude to us and pretty much told us that there's nothing she can do to help us. Ever since then it's been awful. I've had to call multiple times and even arrange a meeting with the store manager Catherine. I let her know how we were treated when we went in there by her employee Roxy. She said she would have a talk with her and give us free delivery for the remainder of our order. I received my shipment yesterday and I was still missing my dinnerware which she said she would include in my delivery. We called back the store multiple times unable to speak to anyone. Multiple workers there told us they would not get a manager for us and they also flat out hung up on us. When we call back, a guy in the background said "oh it's them calling again?" I wouldn't recommend this furniture store if it was the last furniture store in Southern California. I have had the worst experience. Once Ashley furniture had my money they treated us like yesterday's trash. I honestly feel like getting all of the furniture that I got and returning it on their front door and asking for my money back. Never in my life have I been treated so poorly especially after a company has taken my money from merchandise that I purchased. I can literally snapshot my phone showing we called 28 times yesterday and only got through to someone and three out of those 28 times. I do not recommend coming here. read more

I am very upset with Ashley's customer service at the store my order was printed wrong after I was charged an additional 160$ and the wrong bed was sent to me I went to customer service to get it fixed and my sales rep was to busy telling me it wasn't her fault instead of helping me get the right bed. Second we get to customer service at the desk they take no responsibility and she shrugs the whole time instead of helping us she gets up and walks away from us like we don't even exist leaving the whole issue to the sales rep. I have never experienced such unprofessional behavior in a business facility. I work for a business like this and we take responsibility for our mistakes then we fix it. It was such a frustrating event that made me not want to ever purchase another piece of furniture. My sales rep did fix it but pushed us under the rug. BUYER BEWARE!!! I'm sitting in an empty condo wondering if and when I will ever see my furniture. After waiting weeks for the pieces I ordered to be delivered, they screwed up and went to the wrong address. The delivery driver who called said that this truck didn't make deliveries to my town, and that I wouldn't by getting my furniture today (after the whole point of this delivery being on a Saturday was that it was the only day of the week that they delivered to Big Bear). It took about an hour to finally get a person on the phone at Ashley, and explain the situation. They promised to figure out a solution and call me back. I got one call to ask for the correct address and then I was told that they would call back in about 30 minutes--that was 24 hours ago... I should have known when the salesperson was having problems with their software--she had to re-do the order three times. They have some technology issues. Everyone makes mistakes, it's how you handle things after the fact the defines you as a company. Ashley Homestore has had thousands of dollars of my money, and I have no furniture... and they are okay with taking their sweet time with getting back to me. The good news is that I ordered a bed from Jerome's. They delivered it and set it up, and I slept a little better because of that... Ashley gets one star because I couldn't leave zero stars. Zero stars would be more appropriate because I have zero pieces of the furniture I paid them for one mont UPDATE: Well... 2nd attempt: They just arbitrarily cancelled my delivery without contacting me. 3rd attempt: I had a confirmed delivery appointment and they didn't show up again (again, no call). So... I went and rented a trailer and picked up my furniture. It wasn't ready to be picked up, like they said it was--waited 1 1/2 hours for them to find everything. When I got home and had to build everything (is this Ikea?), I opened our accent table to find it pretty much destroyed--strike four!!! The Colton store manager was nice about replacing it, but this experience has been terrible. You can't call these people--you hold until it forces you to leave a message, the nobody calls you back. I am livid right now. Last Saturday I bought a daybed at Ashley Colton, and paid cash in full. I have guests flying in from CT at the end of the month. It was supposed to arrive Wednesday and we had a pick up appointment at noon today (Saturday). I called yesterday to confirm my pick up appt, and after being on hold for 45 MINUTES!!, a girl in the warehouse tells me they sold it to someone else and now I have to wait another two weeks! WTF?? Are you joking? I called the office back and was told it probably came in damaged. Too late! Your warehouse worker already told me the truth. You sold it to someone else! How in the hell is it legal to conduct business this way? That have my money, and I have nothing. Now I am going to have to buy an inflatable bed for that room so my guests have a place to sleep! Ashley said they'd call me to set up another appointment for pick up prior to the 22nd. No call, so I called them. They said my item was in and we could pick it up. My husband went the next morning. Only half the item was in. No bed frame or trundle. He picked it up regardless and was driving when he got a call from Jose in the warehouse. He'd located the missing parts. When my husband said he'd have to return after work, Jose told him not to worry about it. They would deliver and assemble it at no charge. And they did. It looks great. Of course we had so many questions, such as pieces, cost, color options, etc, and Paolo was so patient and informative. He had all the answers and definitely knew all about QUALITY! Our experience was very enjoyable and smooth thanks to Paolo, especially because he speaks Spanish, which made it easy and convenient to keep my parents in on the decision making. My family and I purchased a complete bedroom set with the Presidents Sale special and even customized a few things in the set. Remember, as with anything in this world, you get what you pay for. I will never buy my furniture here again. I went in and had a good experience with the sales team. However the day my bed set and new bed was delivered the guys didn't have the bed frame. The item was on backorder and the store took liberties to schedule a separate day without even confirming with me. She scheduled it for a Tuesday when nobody would even be home. When I called the store a manager by the name of Vincent came one and basically laughed in my face and said "most people would want their stuff right away." I asked to speak to his general manager and he put me on hold for 20 mins came back on the line and said he is busy. Took my number and never call me back. I'm going to have to personally drive back out to Colton to try and resolve this issue, because they don't answer their phones and if they don't stand behind their products and help their customers I will be forced to pay for something that is junk and I will take a loss and have to make another purchase somewhere else, this is a sad situation because I have limited resources I'm not rich and I work hard for my money. I cannot be more thankful we did because we got the bed we wanted and much more at an amazing price! After visiting 3 different furniture stores and getting great quotes we didn't think Ashley could beat it but they hit it out of the park. Lily is amazing! And super patient. She went out of her way to help us find a good match and also get us the best deal !!! She was very informative and eager to answer any questions. I walked in to pick up a dresser I ordered at the Covina store and liked a desk at their outlet center here in Colton. I didn't have room to take it with me so I called the next day to see if it was still available and after getting transferred a few times I got ahold of the right office staff. The lady was rude upon answering and when I asked if she can check the status of a desk so I wouldn't have to drive over an hour to find out it's sold... she responded with that's not my job, I'm busy, you just have to drive in and look for yourself. One of the sales lady there needs to be taught how to deal with disabilities. My husband and I went in looking for bedroom sets and sectionals and we brought our 2 boys. She was giving us info and asked us if the furniture we were looking at would fit our living room? Like what a stupid question to ask first of all. Then she went on came back like 30 mins later and was surprised we were still there and told us if we took pics we could decide at home. Then followed it up with she wasn't rushing us but it sure felt like it. We decided again to ignore her but this time she came back and told us we could decide at home but could also take our time in the store since my toddlers were behaving and then proceeded to comment on my oldest saying he was behaving but he's very spoiled. He has autism. I let her know and then she proceeded to touch him and it set him off. First off keep your hands to yourself and second a little education goes a long way. We furnished our entire house and he was honest with me and didn't try and push any sales on me. I hate feeling like someone is try to sell me something I don't want. Save yourself the hassle and shop elsewhere!! This place is fake with their customer service. They delivered my furniture damaged and the delivery guys said they will take pictures of it and Ashley's will contact us for a replacement... they never did and upon me calling several times to their store and leaving several voicemails, no help or follow up was returned. You basically will be put on hold for hours and they will just hang up on you after all that waiting. If they deliver anything damage to you, tell them to take it back otherwise your stuck with it. I brought a 8 piece whole bedroom set and each had some form of defects on it. On one of the nightstand you can see that they tried to cover up the dent with paint. It's not hard to miss since it's right in front of the nightstand. Also did I mention that I bought insurance on the furniture and when I called, they simply told me that it's Ashley's problem and that I had to go through Ashley to get it resolved..this is the worst and last experience I will ever have at Ashley's!!
