I went online and shopped for sofas and chairs that would be very durable as our dogs would lay on the tops and crush the padding and our cats would scratch them as they looked identical in fabric to their scratching post. I found a Chesterfield style sofa and club chair made of virtually indestructible yet gorgeous tightly woven linen fabric, and the design was elegant but also with a masculine edge with the hammered nail detail. The price was crazy inexpensive, so we took a chance without even seeing them in the showroom and ordered the entire suite. To our amazement they are very luxe in person and very firm so that our animals will not wear them out for a very, very long time. Our first delivery was missing a sofa because the frame got broken in transit, and the same delivery team came back a week later with a perfect sofa and arrived early in our 2 hour window time. As I approached the store door, I noticed signage regarding face masks being required in order to enter the store. Upon entering the store, we (me and hubby) were warmly greeted by the saleslady (Esther) who asked us if we needed help. After browsing the large showroom, Esther asked if we saw any items we wanted to buy and we replied yes. At this point, Esther invited us to sit at a desk to discuss purchasing options. We were encouraged when she told us that she would be able to have the items delivered to us as soon as the next day between 11am & 3pm. In reference to my experience while browsing in the store, I liked that there was hand sanitizer bottles throughout the store as well as clear plastic desktop separators between the customer and salespeople. I appreciated that the Esther offered us hand sanitizer before sitting down to discuss purchasing options. After discussing purchasing options, Esther suggested we purchase all items all at once so it'll be one flat delivery and set up fee. She called her manager to confirm that the selected delivery date was available to our address. After a short phone call, she let us know that delivery date she gave us was correct. I appreciated that the while completing our purchase, Esther was responsive to other customers entering the store and verbally welcomed them as well as saying that she would be with them soon. I especially appreciated that she politely asked customers to put their face masks back on while inside the store which helped me feel safe and protected while shopping in the store. On the day of our furniture delivery, I received a phone call from the delivery driver around 11:30am confirming my home address to deliver our items. Since I was at work at the time, I provided the drivers with hubby's phone number so they could work together and get our items delivered and set up in a timely fashion. Around noon, I received a text from hubby saying delivery guys arrived with our order and attached a photo of bench I definitely didn't order. After hubby showed them our store invoice, the delivery guys quickly fixed the problem and efficiently assembled the items we purchased. We had a mechanical issue with our first couch with the leg rest, they sent out and replaced it with another couch that yesterday went and crushed my French bulldog in between and killed it. When it closed on her the couch would not open and me and my 10 yr old and special needs son had to lift the couch off her. This company is a liar and they sell products they can go and can kill children and animals.
