    Salesman Ziyi Wang was so nice and kind and very knowledgeable about all the bed sets we were looking for show us most expensive first and then went to our budget and help us pick out the best one for our budget explained all the warranty how it works. How do you use it. He gave us his personal number just in case we had any other questions. He was very great thank you.

    This was my first time at the Colton, Ashley Furniture store and my Trusted Adviser, "Sales Represented" was Lino. My mission was to find the perfect dining room set for my house and Lino was absolutely AMAZING! He went above and beyond to help me find what I needed. It took me awhile since I wanted to see all the dining sets in the store. Lino always had a smile as he took me around the entire store to find what I needed. Thank You Lino for helping me find my dining table!

    New chair, fix for the defective arm. Delivered today.

    Chair arrives defective - no stuffing on the top of the left arm. Husband called support and they tell him they'll make this right. Today, a box of stuffing was delivered. I can only assume this is a joke. We're returning the defective chair and purchasing another chair from elsewhere. A box of stuffing. They sent us a box of stuffing to fix the brand new defective chair. Ok, got support on the phone again: So, Ashley Furniture support people says they are happy to send a technician to come and take the chair apart in our home, put the stuffing in, and then reassemble the new chair. I told them that makes it a not new chair - it's a rebuilt chair and that's not what we paid for. The next step is we put it in the car and take it back to the showroom. Where we will take it and the box of what ever that nasty looking stuff is and put it in the lobby of the showroom. We simply want a nondefective new chair, just like what we paid for. This is so so so stupid.

    Someone who has bought from there, can you tell me what you paid for delivery? They are having a sale, and I planned to buy a couch... but after reading reviews I don't trust that they won't jack up the delivery price during the sale.

    don't buy from here. They are inexperience, they lie. Terrible Customer Service.

We ended up working with the manager, Rob Decker, and he was great, actually everybody we interacted with was great. I also loved that we were able to buy a set of patio furniture that was made locally. The prices were better than at other stores. The quality has been great, and it's really nice that you can select a custom fabric for the same price as just the regular beige (it takes longer to get a custom color, but worth it). We also got an umbrella and was surprised at how good the quality was. Delivery was on the outer end of what they thought it might take, but still within the schedule. The guys that delivered it were terrific and we are really thrilled with our purchase. We're planning to go back and get another couple of umbrellas.

    We inherited a Brown Jordan Patio Set that was most likely either purchased in the late 60's, early…read more70's. They were in good shape with the exception that some of the framing was getting pitted and straps were faded, but not broken. This set, including the glass table, have been outside in the sea air and all elements since they were purchased. We wanted to honor my wife's grandparents by not replacing this set. So we decided to invest in a restoration, due to how well made this set is. I found Patio Guys on Yelp and decided to use them for this project. As we were starting to wipe down the chairs, we noticed a label on one of the chair frames, which was a Patio Guys restoration logo decal. Turns out our late relative had used them before, but uncertain at what decade were they restored before. I guess it was destiny to use Patio Guys. For the strap width of what our chairs required, there was not a huge selection to choose from. So if you're looking to replace with a sunny yellow, orange or teal, you'll need to make an alternate choice. Lots of whites, creams, tans, and earthy greens to choose from. The only blue is like a Dodger blue or a forest green. So we took a leap of faith and chose turquoise. It's perfect!! We were in no hurry and quoted 4 weeks turn around time. It was more like 6 weeks, but I was anticipating more like 10 weeks. Plus we were the cause of not getting the chairs back sooner due to our schedule. The job Patio Guys has exceeding my expectations. I knew the patio set would look better than the existing condition, but I wasn't expecting a brand new condition.
