The broths are very legit with the variety offered being spicy (mala with the Szechuan peppercorns), mushroom, pork bone, herbal ( I believe is a mix of pork & chicken + herbs), tomato and mushroom. My favorite thus far have been the spicy & herbal! I appreciate that the meats are also included in the buffet section as well so I can control the quantity as opposed to some other hotpot/bbq places where the meats come pre-portioned. I think the main drawback of K-City as opposed to Spring Shabu (my personal 2nd favorite choice in nassau) is definitely the veggie selection & quality.
