We were victims of a Con artist and took a financial hit that was extremely difficult to recover from. We fell behind on the rent. I presented our hardship to the staff here. I cried and begged them to please give us time to not loose everything we had. But, instead they raised the rent. We did everything we could to raise the money. Paid them thousands and got within a few hundred dollars from paid off. So, they raised the rent again and added more fees. We begged. My Mother even paid what she could and begged them as well to have a heart. But, we lost everything. The money we thought would be our cushion to be able to rebuild our lives went to paying fees to these heartless people. We were $200 short and we lost everything. Still on the streets now hoping to rebuild our lives. Stay Away!!

Also the Storage company should have gave us the customers a courtesy notification that they were repairing/replacing the ceiling. Whoever fixed it broke some of our items and they knocked our stuff up against the door from the inside. It took us 30mins to get in the unit . And then had the nerve to $14 out my account. There was a billing error on my account that prevented me from accessing my unit right away. Violet went above and beyond to make the right calls to rectify the issue and help us access our unit until the issue was resolved. This is the worse storage facility I've ever used . This is for the 67th and cottage location…read more it's dark . There are no lights in the unit. The units have small house room sized doors. There were only 3 broken carts for the entire facility. There is only access while the office is open so you have to be done by 5:30 Monday through Friday, even earlier on Saturday and they are not open on Sunday.. There were roaches crawling outside the unit across from my unit on the wall. My vintage Mrs.Clause giant musical ornament has been eaten through by mice. 3 days after my bill was due on a$130 unit, I said I wanted to move out. I was told I'd be charged $68 for a prorated amount for 4 days that was actually half a months rent. There is one very rude unprofessional woman who talks nasty !I was told I could only use a money order to close out the unit.
