This company has exquisite service and quality and unbeatable prices. I began my search for a…read morecompany to print my business cards in 2014 (for my seasonal fireworks business). I tried all of the lower priced business-card printing companies like: Vista print, Minuteman press, iPrint4Less and more. I was pleasantly surprise to find that, out of all of the companies I tried, iPrint4less had not only the lowest prices, but also the highest quality! I started working as a marketer in 2015. I was able to share my knowledge of iPrint4less' low cost and high quality with my employer. The company now uses iPrint4less exclusively for business cards and we have saved thousands of dollars. iPrint4less has the lowest rates and the highest quality. I have no monetary investment in this company. I just like their prices and quality.

Was told to leave the plate, go online to find something that looked good to me, and email them pics of the font I liked. Did just that. No response. Waited a few days over a weekend and emailed again to see if they had received the pics I sent. Received a snarky and condescending reply that what I had sent was actually an image file and not the .otf or .ttf file they needed. Stopped by the shop a couple days later to pick up my plate. Was greeted by the person who had told me to "just send us a picture of something you like" and tried to express my disappointment with the reply I had received. I didn't get half a sentence out before he just tossed the plate on the counter, said "well we can't help you," and walked out leaving me there by myself. I guarantee you can find better customer service anywhere else.

Occasionally, I'll make this trip here specifically just to drop off clothes. I can't stress this next point enough, the clothes come back like-new. You know those collar and cuff stains that darken your shirt (i know, gross)? They'll get that out. Seriously, I think there's a full-time Harry Potter doing incantations all day long in the back getting that out. Ever got blood on your white dress shirt? They'll get it out. Finally, idk if they press the pants, but there's some serious black magic going on here, the clothes come back with perfect creases. I went to a CD one price cleaners once, and they created a brand new line/crease running along my pants. You won't find none of that incompetence here. Nothing irritates me more than incompetence. On a side note, this place is family owned by a very nice couple that you'll never have a problem with. They usually ask, "when do you want it by," and if you catch what they're implying in this question, it's that they'll clean your clothes asap if you need it same day. Wah wah. I took them to the dry cleaner in my office building who charged $36 for all three sweater repairs but did a sucky job because all the holes reopened just months later!!! What the heck!!! So I took the tops to Meachem Cleaners who charged me $20 for all three, a huge price difference & the quality looks to be much better.
