Change to the pant I needed hem, sized + pinned up the length, filled out the alteration slip and asked when would I pick up by? Quickness 10 minutes at the alteration shop. I dropped off the pants Tuesday and asked to pick up on Friday. I came in and gave her my alteration slip and she was able to locate my pants in seconds. Pricing was not bad for the location of the area. This is definitely my new go-to shop. I have previous had a bad experience with getting an item hemmed. I'm glad I found this little gem.

The pregnant lady whomever she is requested I put the pants on and I agreed. Mind you she never really greeted me or said much other than a quick hand gesture to room and to try pant on. I came out she took pins right away and started to hem the pant up. I said how much she told me the price. I said ok that's not bad, but I'll be back because I have 2 pairs and I want to make sure which size of pant I'm going to keep and also bring my cowboy boots in with me since I want to wear these pants specifically with my boots. I wanted to make sure the length was right with my boots on. Mind you I simply came in for a quote. From the moment I told her this she unpinned the pants and completely walked away from me and ignored me as if i was non existent and a nobody. She was so RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL. No customer service etiquette at all. It was so bad that she knocked on the fitting room door to rush me out the store as I was changing back into my original pants I walked in with stating that their was a customer needing to try on. While she had 2 other open rooms "this customer" could have used to change. In my entire life I have never been treated in such a way. She priced me well and I had every intention of coming back, but based on how she treated me a potential customer I absolutely will not come back nor will I recommend this place to anyone. My business will be given elsewhere. ZERO STARS is my true rating. I'm surprised they have such good ratings which is why I came in the first place but that was absolutely not my experience here. That lady whom was pregnant has ZERO customer service skills she is extremely RUDE and should be removed from her position if she is not the owner. I did ask her if she was the owner she said nothing. I asked her "Why do you have an attitude"? The owner was super nice and very helpful. I tried on my dress and the shoes that I was going to wear with it and she immediately started to give me suggestions and listened to my concerns. Within 2 weeks, my dress was ready and fit perfectly and exactly the way I wanted it to. The material was satin and I could not tell where she altered it, it was that seamless!! I had 2 jackets this time and I was charged $239.23 for alterations. She gave me a ticket but in the price it had 2_39.23... notice the space so I thought the cost was 2x $39.23., which I thought that's reasonable. Well to my surprise when I went to picked them up she said $239.23...I was like really wow if you would had told me that I would not have left them. I can get a new one for that kind of money, since these were old jackets. I even asked her about a stain on one of them and she said "oh yea that will come off." So, I called up this other place that is on the other side of town and asked how much they charge for what I had done.. they said they would have to look at them but normally they run between $50-$75 per jacket. Maybe is just me but $239.23 for alternations does not make sense.. I paid since I guess it was kinda my fault. I should have asked..but seriously no reasonable person would charge that much without verifying verbally that the customer knows how much he is gonna pay. She pulled a lawyer trick on me. The work was mediocre honestly I could have gotten this cheaper somewhere else. We talk about how she is going to fix it and I pay her THAT same day in cash and hand over my garments. She wrote everything on a piece of paper and gave me a yellow receipt as proof. All is fine and dandy then. Little did I not know... So I come in about a week later to pick up my stuff and try it on. I literally have to go to work right then. She gives me my stuff, I give her the yellow receipt as proof that I paid. For some reason she still thinks I didn't pay her because I leave the store with my clothes and at work I get a long text from her saying SHE doesn't remember I paid THAT day and she forgot to stamp it. She texts me a really long paragraph insisting that she didn't get my payment. Lady I remember quite clearly I paid you that same day. She probably lost my money because she put it in a white envelope or some sort. She even gave me change back! I know I may look 16 but I am 26 and she is not doing me any hugeee favor by bagging my clothing in a plastic wrap and letting me go while wishing me a "happy birthday" OMG thank you so much for doing what you're suppose to do in the first place which is customer service. Overall this was a weird, awkward, and infuriating experience. I probably will just go somewhere else next time.
