From the moment I told her this she unpinned the pants and completely walked away from me and ignored me as if i was non existent and a nobody. She was so RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL. No customer service etiquette at all. It was so bad that she knocked on the fitting room door to rush me out the store as I was changing back into my original pants I walked in with stating that their was a customer needing to try on. While she had 2 other open rooms "this customer" could have used to change. In my entire life I have never been treated in such a way. She priced me well and I had every intention of coming back, but based on how she treated me a potential customer I absolutely will not come back nor will I recommend this place to anyone. The owner was super nice and very helpful. I tried on my dress and the shoes that I was going to wear with it and she immediately started to give me suggestions and listened to my concerns. I called a couple places to get a quote on pricing and availability and Manuel had probably the best attitude and was respectful on the phone; others were very snappy and hard to understand. Located on Memorial Drive, there is a parking lot in front with easy parking access. The interior of the shop isn't much but there is a dressing room to check fits. I had a rough idea of the length of the pant legs and Manuel also gave his opinion and measured/marked on the pants where the stitching will be. It took around 2-3 days for the pants to be hemmed over a holiday weekend so timing was reasonable. It cost $16 + tax to hem both pants legs so I thought that was a reasonable price for the service. As a perfectionist, their stitching work on the inside looked slightly messy but the pants look fine on the outside so I guess it's good enough. It's my first time having to do tailor work so I didn't know what to expect but it seems like a fine job for minor tailoring work.

With the dress shirt on, my sleeves were measured to my arm length for both shirts. I was told it would be about a week and would be $30.00 per shirt to shorten the sleeves. I picked up the shirts today and the sleeves were perfect! All the excess gathering was gone and it was a perfect sleeve length. I had two more Italian dress shirts that needed the same tailoring. Will be ready in a week's time again. I'm not very familiar with pricing for sleeve adjustments, but the shirts look great!
