Great sports bar with plenty of large TVs and delicious food! Each time I've gone, the staff has been wonderful.

This place is a hidden gem, but make sure you plan ahead to get there. Their website says that they…read morehave 10 parking spots dedicated for the restaurant, but that isn't completely true. We got to the parking garage, lots of spots left for the restaurant but there was a valet there and said all those spots are actually reserved for the valet. We ended up parking across the street near the lake. Once inside, it's a very nice vibe with beautiful furniture and lots of natural light. They have great happy hour menu - we started with the shrimp appetizer which as flavorful and the shrimp was plump and well cooked. We also got the burger and the Waterbury salad. Burger was good, but the salad was a bit basic; I was expecting more bacon and more blue cheese dressing, it was mostly just basic iceberg lettuce which is not awesome for $13. I also tried the Hugo spritz which was refreshing but a bit sweet for my taste. I will for some come back to try more things!

This breakfast burrito is packed full of everything you could ever want including wagyu steak (instead of the traditional bacon or sausage, so it's not greasy at all), avocado, eggs, potatoes, and cheese. It even came with a side salad and salsa to dip it in! For $15-16 it was a large portion and easily was 2 meals. I ordered online for pickup and it was ready quickly at the counter but the restaurant also looked cute inside so I would be interested in stopping in for a meal sometime too! They also have a coffee bar (pistachio latte was good) and free indoor parking for restaurant customers).

The flavor was good and the meat fell off the bone. Better to eat with a fork and knife. Beet bruschetta. Very tasty but we were warned it was a farm-to-table restaurant and this was going away as the menu updated with new ingredients. There was a layer of eggplant spread and beets on top. Ingenious and it worked. Heirloom Tomato. Highly recommended by our server Penny, and it was great. Another surprising mixture of ingredients. Loved the corn on top. Service was great. Place was busy for a Monday night!

Nightingale always provides a wonderful experience. My spouse and I stopped in on the Friday…read moreevening of Memorial Day weekend, thinking it wouldn't be crowded. Wrong. Nightingale was packed, but fortunately, once two patrons saw my face from the bar, they quickly paid their bill and left. My face often compels people to vacate crowded establishments in Minneapolis, and we often find seats. After grabbing the two seats, we ordered wine and a wonderful Amaro-based cocktail. Jules was our bartender/server, and although he was crazy busy, he found time to be gracious to us. We ordered the meatball appetizer, halibut, and the Nightingale hamburger. My halibut was sublime, cooked perfectly, and it wasn't drowned in sauce. Bravo! The meatballs were tender and delicious, but the hamburger was not memorable. It was good, not great. Despite all the accolades above, when the bill came, I was charged two dollars after requesting a cucumber slice for my Pimms Cup. Perhaps the source of this pettiness came from the kitchen, but it wasn't smart, because the $2.00 charge placed a shroud over my experience. The bill was $125, and because of the petty two-buck charge, I only left a $25 tip. I was going to leave a $30 tip. I will sadly remember those 2 bucks forever. It was a myopic move and a passive-aggressive way to handle my request. In my birthplace home of NYC, a bartender would have said, "Getting a cucumber slice is a pain in the rear, would you mind skipping it?" My response, "Sure, it's not a big deal."

The service made an already great dinner even better. Everything we ordered was delicious. The cacio e pepe ravioli was rich and perfectly done, the ribeye was cooked beautifully and the potato churros and chimichurri that came with it were incredible. The pork chop was another standout, and the grilled watermelon salad was such a unique combination of flavors and a perfect way to start the meal. Honestly, there wasn't a single thing we ordered that we wouldn't get again. Great atmosphere, great service, and seriously amazing food. Martina is absolutely worth a visit if you're in Minneapolis. We'll definitely be back!

We had the highly recommended potato churros which my husband loved - he loves all potatoes. I found it a bit too greasy so early in the day but that's just me. Daughter had the steak & eggs and enjoyed it with the chimichurri. The carbonara was rich, as expected and the crunchy buts of guanciale added great texture. The Brussels sprouts salad was literally a mountain of salad and was a good break from the rich pasta. The Argentine chorizo was a hit as well with a whole link coiled in between the bread. They gave us a free birthday coconut gelato which has these amazing crunchy cocoa bits. Service was impeccable as expected!
