Service was incredible, efficient and, very fast. Both the mother and daughter were incredibly sweet and hyped me up, made me feel beautiful. They asked what I was looking for and immediately brought out the perfect dress. The price or the dress is definitely worth it's beauty and quality.

Thank you guys for my amazing dress!

Thank you Asarela Boutique for always dressing me for my special events! I appreciate the amazing service from you guys throughout the years. You guys are truly the sweetest! Thank you for being the place I know I can find a unique dress and where I know I can walk into a party and not find anyone with my dress! IF YOU NEED A DRESS ASARELA BOUTIQUE IS THE PLACE TO GO!!! I just wanted to address the review someone left about the same dress I happen to own. I will also be attaching a picture of me in my dress. Honestly what a pity that people without scruples or gratitude use social networks to make bad intentions and dishonest comments. I have the same dress that I purchased at Asarela Boutique only a different color and it is still as beautiful as the day I bought it. I actually already used it 3 times! At Asarela Boutique you are treated with kindness and respect. I am a proud client at this store and will defend this business any day! Surely your dress must have touched a rough surface or you could have sat somewhere things can happen. If you know what you bought you know how sensitive this material can be. All dresses will always require some type of care when wearing them. With the opening that was under your care because we all get to try our dress at the Boutique and get it in a great condition just like mine was given to me. I've been shopping at Asarela for quite some time now and to address the tailor who is an elderly lady she has been doing alterations since they opened their store. She is an outside tailor that always requires an appointment before hand to see her. Therefore, if someone has to wait it's usually because they did not call requesting the tailor beforehand. I know Asarela has always offered alterations as an optional service. If a client wants to do alterations with the outside tailor that is your personal choice.

This is the store where my boyfriend and I always get dressed from for special occasions. This year we have had 2 weddings so far and we have gotten our suit and dress from here both times. We always make a statement and we are certain that no one else will have what we are wearing at the event. Their prices have a wide range and they give you the same treatment and customer service as if you were buying an expensive quiceañera's gown, which is one of the many ways they show their professionalism and passion for what they do. I am one that hardly every knows what I want to wead. They work with me and make sure that I don't live there without a smile on my face. It is very unfortunate that people unjustly have written reviews leaving out their behavior to make this shop look bad. The last wedding my boyfriend and I went to, we were at the shop looking for a suit for him and the taylor was by himself (because mind you these people even go to your house and help you put your dress on if you need it) while we made our appointment to go see him and he was helping us, a lady came in (with an attitude right from the get go) to pick up her dress. He explained to her that the other ladies were not in and he was unaware that someone was doing a pick up at that time. She asked him to call her and he stepped to the back to make the call. I could still hear him and he just asked where the dress was and why he didn't know about that pick up (it is important to say that although they are nice enough to sometimes take walkins this is a boutique that clearly states on their site that is mainly based on appointments) they instructed him over the phone were the dress was and when he brought it up she noticed it was not the right one and told him (all this while having an attitude) he than called again and explained that she was very upset and was told that she was supposed to come the day before or let them know when she could go, so they could have it out (which I believe it's true because that is whar they alway tell me) but the lady was coming from Queens and he was trying to accommodate her. The second time he went back, the situation was very intense (for no reason because the dress was 100% there) I noticed that her dress was the same one I wore to the last wedding and told her that and tha I loved that dress, to which she replied "this guy is always so rude" meanwhile it looks like she was a first time customer. He hand her the dress and she left. You could tell the gentleman was embarrassed by what just happened and explained to me that sometimes there are ladies that want him to help their daughters with their zippers and he has to decline that request because he has daughters and he wouldn't want a man helping them with their dresses, but since this is a family run shop and their staff is not that big sometimes he has no option but to be at the shop by himself just in case someone needs anything (again showing that they care). Personally I appreciate his integrity and is why APPOINTMENTS ARE NEEDED!! this girl just came in right in the middle of our appointment and the gentleman managed to help her while helping us. I have many many years working in the hospitality and customer service industry and appreciate when I get to be the one treated nicely and these people are nothing but professional and passionate about what they do. I danced all night in my dresses and they still look brand new.

I have to give credit where credit is due. The boutique is beautiful, the dresses look nice but sorry to say the quality of them are terrible. I wore the dress ONCE for a few hours to a friend's wedding and within hours of wearing it, it opens in the back schema and started to pill (lint balls) on the sides. A dress which I paid a decent amount of money, I'll never be able to wear again! Besides the dress being of poor quality, the customer service at this location is very poor. During my 1st fitting in which I was there for a least an hour, I wasn't even allowed to use the restroom and was sent to a local restaurant. When I went in for my 2nd fitting the lady who does the alterations wasn't even there, I had to stand in my heels and in the dress for about 20 mins waiting for the lady to come back from what she said was "cooking". Lastly, when I went to pick up my dress the lady for normal run the shop wasn't there and has a gentleman there in here place. When I informed him that i was there to pick up a dress, without hesitation he tells me "sorry she isn't here you are going to have to come back." Mind you I was told to come in on that day and had to commute over 45 mins from Queens. When I asked him if we could call her, he tells me he will but he doesn't know where the dresses are kept, so if he can't find it "I'm sorry". He has no sense of customer service in which that along with my previous experiences, results in me never shopping there or recommending this boutique to anyone.

As I walked in I was greeted by both a sales assistant and Rebeca the owner. Both were very friendly and accommodating, and within a few minutes, I had beautiful sparkly studs in my ears. I was very pleased with how meticulous Rebeca was on making sure the holes were even, she even pulled out a little ruler to measure. The piercing was pretty painless (it was my third hole so I'm kinda a pro.) I was really happy with my experience. It's a calm environment which I think would be good for kids. You are given a cleaning lotion and instructions how to keep them clean and infection free! I am pretty sure they do cartilage piercing on the ear also. Beside the ear piercing, they have a ton of cute accessories to browse. I ended up getting a necklace that have been searching for after seeing it on a girl at the Belmont Stakes. Thanks to Rebeca and Zaraz for a great ear piercing and a cute necklace to go with my summer wardrobe! Also love to keep my business in Lynbrook. I most def recommend Zaraz for ear piercing!

THE MOST DISTURBING CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD. ZERO STARS!!!!…read more PLEASE REFER TO THE ATTACHED VIDEO. I am writing this review to document an incident that was not only unprofessional but deeply disturbing and unacceptable. I brought an off white satin skirt to this dry cleaner based on the positive reviews, expecting competent and careful service. The skirt had minor bronzer makeup stains that were subtle and localized. Because the fabric was delicate and labeled dry clean only, I did not feel comfortable attempting to treat it myself. That is precisely why I brought it to a professional. When I picked up the garment, the skirt now had four to five visibly obvious white or off white markings across the front and back, making it look significantly worse than when I dropped it off. It was immediately clear that some type of substance had been applied during their attempt to treat the stains, leaving residue throughout the fabric that was not present before. I calmly asked to speak with the owner or manager and showed him the skirt, asking what had happened and whether anything could be done to fix it. Instead of examining the garment or taking any accountability, he immediately became defensive and accused me of bringing the skirt in that condition, which is completely FALSE. The entire reason I brought it in was because I had not damaged it in that way and trusted a professional to handle a delicate item properly. His tone quickly escalated and became aggressive, dismissive, and confrontational. He spoke over me repeatedly, barely looked at the garment, and insisted I was lying. At no point did he attempt to offer a solution or acknowledge that the condition of the skirt had worsened under his care. The service cost approximately fifteen dollars. While the amount itself was insignificant, the principle was not. Because the garment was returned in worse condition, I requested a refund. He initially refused outright and only after further discussion returned half of the payment. At that point, the condition of the skirt was no longer my primary concern. What became far more troubling was the way this situation was handled and the deeply unprofessional, hostile, and degrading manner in which I was treated. As I was walking out of the store, this man, who I strongly believe is the owner, called me "SLUT" multiple times. When I turned back and asked him to repeat what he said, I attempted to record the interaction for my own safety and documentation. He then STRUCK my hand and knocked my phone out of my hand in an apparent attempt to prevent me from recording. The situation escalated further. I am a woman in my early thirties, five feet tall and approximately one hundred twenty pounds. This man became verbally explosive, calling me "B*TCH" and "GARBAGE." His behavior was intimidating and hostile, and his body language suggested he was struggling to restrain himself. I genuinely feared further physical escalation. Only after realizing he was being recorded did he begin yelling for me to leave the store. As shown in the attached video, he continued to verbally assault me in a physically threatening manner even after I had already exited the store. This was not because I was causing a disturbance but because his conduct had just been documented. This was not a misunderstanding or poor communication. This was hostile, abusive, and threatening behavior toward a customer who calmly raised a legitimate concern. I strongly urge anyone, especially women, to avoid this business entirely. The quality of work was poor, but far more concerning was the behavior of the man representing this establishment. His conduct was degrading, aggressive, and unsafe. No customer should ever be subjected to verbal abuse or physical intimidation. This experience was disgraceful, and I will never return.
