We went to two stores to look for a dress for my daughter's baptism. The Facebook parents group I was a part of suggested to check Barron's Bridal Boutique out. They had a big selection of dresses to choose from. The associate helped show us a few based off what the godmother and me liked. Eventually she found something we both liked. The dress was perfect and they sold the matching shoes to go with the dress. The only thing is that they do not allow babies to try on the dresses as a hygiene thing which we totally understand. They do allow for the communion dresses which we will definitely return when that time comes. The prices of the dresses were very reasonable. Of course the more decorative detailing dresses were more expensive, but there were several we were shown in the $80s to $125 range. The associate package the dress for us to take home. If you pay using cash they do not charge tax. We had a pleasant experience and would highly recommend them. read more

We tried the rest, and bought at the best. We were looking for a communion dress. Tried quite a few places. Average for just the dress was $500+. I dont have a money tree and said there has to be cheaper w/o sacrificing quality. Well we found Barron's. Beautiful, large, clean and great selection. Communion dresses ran $90 up. This place was recommended to me by Max Bridal which is where I bought my wedding dress from and loved. I went to Barons for the first time in February of last year. My wedding was October. I needed a veil and head piece. The store was beautiful, I found a head piece I loved, and told him exactly what I wanted for my custom cathedral veil. He threw in a pair of earrings for me, I went back a month later with my flower girls and got their dresses there as well, everything was going great. He told me everything would be ready beginning of August, I obviously assumed he would call when they were ready. Mid August i still had not heard from him so i called myself. He said the stuff had been there for 2 weeks already, first red flag, why didn't he contact me? So I go to pick up the stuff, and he opens the box. I check it and everything looks great. A few weeks later I take it with me and my dress to the seamstress to be altered. Immediately all of the beads start falling off. I hear them hitting the floor as soon as we take it out of the box. So of course we bring it back. My parents actually brought it for me because I was busy with other wedding stuff, my wedding was less than a month away at this point so obviously i was stressing that my veil was not gonna be done right and done in time. So my parents get there and immediately Baron was extremely rude and condescending, unable to take the blame for anything. Right away blaming us or someone at the seamstress, saying someone "cut it" and we werent careful. They said no absolutely not, as soon as we put it on my head things were falling off. It should be made much better than things falling off just with some regular movement....Funny enough my mom says someone else was there with the exact same issue and he was handling it the same way. After a lot of back and forth he finally said he would fix it. So he took it back, and we got it back right before the wedding. I was afraid to even take it out of the box again. The day of the wedding comes and goes and basically the same thing happened again. At that point i didn't care, pictures were taken and we did the best we could. But the beads were falling off all day, i'm still finding them on my bedroom floor, which is where my dress and veil were the first few nights after the wedding. But moral of the story, i would NOT recommend this place. Our first few interactions were so nice, he said to come back when i need christening dresses for my kids and I was fully planning on it. I was so disappointed it ended the way it did but i truly dont know how he is still in business. They really do not know how to make a quality veil, and his business etiquette and attitude toward his customers is really lacking. read more

I wish I could give Barron's more stars! I stumbled in to their gorgeous store, relatively unplanned, less than a week before my wedding. I was considering a hairpiece for awhile but waited far too long to find one, and after a friend mentioned Barron's I realized it was within walking distance while I was in the area and I'm so happy I dropped in! I was immediately greeted by Lara who has just the warmest, sweetest most graceful energy. She asked to see a photo of my dress to help her select an appropriate hairpiece, and then proceeded to pull various options, all somehow color coordinated to my hand painted floral bridal gown. Out of the hundreds of pieces in the store, most of which are handmade, she somehow knew exactly what I needed and where to find it. Lara then helped me select two pairs of earrings and gave me a surprisingly reasonable price for all three items. Aside from the pieces being hands down the most beautiful works of art I've ever seen, Barron's is fair and reasonably priced, and the owners are both so kind and truly grateful for your patronage! First time at the Levittown flea market. Barron's Bridal Boutique is located in the front right corner. Barron the owner helped me find exactly what I was looking for my wedding. You start by showing him a picture of your wedding dress and hair. You then try on different pieces in store that is similar to your style. You can purchase the piece that is displayed in store, or he can make a new piece that people have not tried on, or he can custom make a piece based on your design. He is very detailed oriented, does the best to fully envision your wedding look (when you're not currently in full wedding hair/makeup/dress). They have custom made veils, crowns, and other accessories, so I stopped in last week hunting for a veil. I explained to the gentleman behind the counter that I was looking for a veil with satin trimming, but other than that I had no clue lol. He asked to see a picture of my gown and picked 3 different veils, that complemented it, for me to try on t. As he was placing them on me he explained the different ways I could wear each one. I fell in love with 2 different veils. I was neither pressured into making my choice that day, nor steered toward choosing the more expensive veil. I went back today to place my order (and show my sister the veil) and I received the same wonderful service and attention. The woman behind the counter was also very pleasant and thorough. I actually just left Barron's and I am in shock at how they conduct business. When I got there, I was largely ignored without even a simple "I'll be with you as soon as I can." Once helped, I found a beautiful headpiece I was ready to purchase. Only problem, their credit card machine was broken and they do not accept checks. Ok, I accept things happen, but my issue is what occurred after this-the lady refused to hold the item for less than 24 hours, we offered to come get it tomorrow morning. She literally took the item out of the box telling us she has to sell it, because you know, 24 hours is going to destroy them. Also fair to note, the price tag said 89.99-she told us 99.99-we would have paid it but seriously?! They would have gotten a veil sale out of this too, but If that's how you want to conduct business, id rather pay more for my headpiece and be treated better than that. They lost a customer who will never return, I loved that headpiece but not enough to return to support bad business habits. read more

The gentleman there (I feel awful now that i did not get his name) is absolutely phenomenal. I came to Baron's because a friend of a friend posted a photo with her BEAUTIFUL regal length veil with a absolutely stunning detail. I had been wanting a veil with length, but what i was finding was marked for over $1000, which is ridiculous. The friend told me it was custom, which made me nervous, but she said wonderful things so I went to Baron's to check it out. Honestly, I didn't know what to expect when I walked in, but after seeing a few brides come to pick up their veils and say how pleased they were with them, I decided to give it a chance. He knew EXACTLY what I wanted and what I needed. While other stores made me feel like they were just trying to sell me the next thing, at Baron's I felt like he was actually trying to style the look for Me. He understood that my dress had beading and too much on the veil would take away, but too little would get lost. He convinced me on the length (which he was absolutely right) convinced me to add a little more beading because it was so long (which he was right) and found me a hair piece that was unique and "me." I'm very happy with the service, with the time that they put into it and I can't wait to share photos when I wear it! A secret gem in the Tri-County Flea Market! The lady doing my hair for the wedding recommended I go to Barron's to get the birdcage veil I wanted, and they did exactly that! They helped me choose the perfect color, size and added some rhinestone accents to it. I also asked them to create a custom shawl/wrap for me, something he had never done before.
