They have done anything and everything to remove my review. They claimed the dress would fit me in 1 area. It was like a trash bag on my body. They keep saying I'm a fake competitor. NOPEEEEEE!! I got a charge on my credit card to prove it. This was purchased 5 years ago but I told that devil manager I'm going to haunt them forever. I hope every person turns and runs! You deserve to be out of business horrible customer service they don't know anything about dresses. The manager went as far as talking poorly about other customers. Our dresses were delayed a very long time (16 weeks), and we only got them 1 week before the wedding. The girls that required alterations got their dresses the night before the wedding. I literally cannot say enough good things about this store, and more specifically, Leslie. I was really lucky to have heard about this place and to have found the color dress I picked. Apparently, its not so common. From literally the first day I initially called and spoke with Leslie to confirm they had my color, to the last day my last bridesmaid picked her dress, I have had the absolute perfect experience. The time, and attention and assistance are impeccable. Leslie made me feel so comfortable, so confident in my choice, and she worked so closely with all 10 of my bridesmaids to help them pick their dresses and take their measurements. I've been on a lengthy quest barred with much indecision. Here comes the bridesmaid is the retail location to bridesmaids.com with a HUGE assortment of dresses for you to try on with your bridal party. It's not big, it's in a converted warehouse but don't let appearances deceive you, it's nice inside. We must have tried on a upwards of 20 dresses. Unfortunately, the one that caused the most "oos" and "ahhs" and giggles of anticipation did not come in the color the bride wanted. Once we all thought that it was the one -- we actually found out later that the color was limited when we looked the dress up online. Staff was always willing to help and not an ounce pushy. It did get a little confusing at one point as we were helped by 3 different women. Once we were finished trying on dresses they all disappeared into some back room and we sort of awkwardly wandered out on our own... They're worth a shot if you're trying to avoid big retailers and sticker shock as their dresses are competitively priced. Your GPS will lie to you and tell you this location is at a random white building with no sign on Grumman Road. Try not to reenact a horror movie and just keep driving until you hit a dead end, then go to the 2nd entrance. read more

I had such a wonderful experience while shopping at Here Comes the Bridesmaid yesterday with Ashley as our consultant. My sister got married a few years ago and used Here Comes the Bridesmaid for her bridal party, and after she had a great experience working with your company, I knew I wanted to do the same for my bridesmaids. I came shopping with two of my bridesmaids, and Ashley was immediately so warm, welcoming, and eager to help. Whereas one of my girls found her dress right away, the other was having difficulties finding a dress she liked with her new post-baby body. The bridesmaids and I were sent to Here Comes the Bridesmaid to order our dresses. From the beginning the hours posted online were not accurate as they close prior to 8pm on their "later" appointment days, over book appointments and do not have a large selection. Upon picking up my dress, I was given my dress in a PLASTIC half sealed bag not even on a hanger!! For all the extremely large money I spent on the dress because the place is NOT cheap, my dress at least should have been hung and provided on a hanger! It is absurd and unprofessional. read more

Run far away! There go the Bridesmaid dresses in the garbage!! Went for bridesmaid dresses before the pandemic. The wedding had to be postponed until the following year but we had to pick the dresses up during the pandemic and couldn't try them on. There were two problems 1) One of the bridesmaid dresses had oil stains all over and the dress. It was returned to the company, and here we are a year later and nobody ever got back to us and we still have no dress. Had to order a dress somewhere else! 2) Tried on the Maid of Honor dress and it was too short for heels and could only wear flats. I made an appointment to bring the dress to their seamstress so they can stretch it an inch. I think this was absurd! I never showed!! They should learn how to size dresses! read more

Had a great experience at Here Comes the Bridesmaid! My bridal party bought their Hailey Paige dresses here at an amazing price. Salespeople were very helpful, pulling dresses and helping us compare colors. The only thing I would caution is when ordering sizing. Make sure the recommended size is the size of your LARGEST measurement, not your smallest. I guess some girls are offended by the sizing, but Hailey Paige runs small. read more

What a disaster! I finally found a bridesmaid dress that I loved at a bridal store where I live. The price at the store was steep and I was excited to find the same designer dress on this companies website, Bridesmaids.com, for a much better price. What luck! When I received the dresses however, they were NOT the same color! My beautiful fall slate blue wedding just became a spring time baby blue and I'm so sad. And bonus, none of the dresses fit my bridesmaids, they are all too small! We used the sizing guide by the dress designer Bari Jay which was listed on their website. Despite reviews of their terrible customer service, I went ahead and sent the email with pictures to them, hoping they would help. Of course they came back saying there is nothing they can do and that it was an issue of screen resolution, they even went on to threaten me for posting about my negative experience. Needless to say, unless you have personally put on the exact style, color and size of the dress you are ordering and are ok with the risk of it not being right, I would stay away from this company! This was a horrible experience. We walked in to look for dresses for the first time and the woman there rushed us through the whole thing. Then I went to get fitted for my dress. They measured me very quickly and just assumed I was a size 4. I am not but they put me down for it anyway. Needless to say, I got my dress and it's way too tight around my midsection. Much overdue review (from October 2017). I was in a total jam for a bridesmaids dress for a wedding I was in less than 2 months after I had a baby. The designer was not accepting rush orders and I couldn't find the dress anywhere in Las Vegas. I called Brenda and she went above and beyond to help me. The wedding was in New York. She held floor model of the dress for me for a week without a deposit. My plan was to head directly over to them when I landed just before 3 pm on a Friday. The wedding was on Saturday afternoon out East. Even though I grew up on Long Island, I had forgotten how busy traffic was! My parents, who were picking me up, were late getting to the airport and the traffic to Bethpage was so bad I would not get there until about 6 pm!! I called Brenda who took my credit card number over the phone and gave me a code to her building so I could pick up the dress after hours. She even gave me her personal cell phone number in case I got lost!! She is amazing!! I am beyond grateful to them. . . Oh- and they also charged me less than they told me they would. I went with my daughter to pick up her bridesmaids dresses and saw that they supplied a whole variety of beautiful different types of dresses. I needed a " mother of the bride" dress and have been putting if off(I hate to shop) Concetta, the woman who was helping us said she would be in the store Monday ( not open on Mondays) since I was in a time crunch I could come in and see. When we arrived she had picked out a few dresses already for my body type. Well, within fifteen minutes I had the dress and was very happy with the whole experience. If you're looking for Bridesmaid Dresses, look no further! Here Comes the Bridesmaid is a hidden gem on Long Island. I have a large bridal party (2 maid of honors and 9 bridesmaids). Not only did I have multiple personalities, but also had to work within a tight budget. I went to 4 other shops before Here Comes the Bridesmaid and was ready to give up until I found this place. The store is small but the selection is huge. They have hundreds of dresses with notable designers such as Adrianna Pappell, Bill Levkoff, Allure, Bari Jay, and Hayley Paige (just to name a few). The sales consultants are not pushy and they are excellent with working with your vision. I loved their honesty when I asked for their opinion. I was there for less than 45 minutes and found the perfect dress for my bridal party. They were able to work with my budget and bring the dress price down (due to my large bridal party and price matching online). They made the ordering process a breeze. One of my bridesmaids lives out of state and they have worked seamlessly with her. Leslie, communicated with her via email and she was able to go to a local seamstress and get her measurements to Leslie that way. Although I would strongly recommend getting measured by the ladies at Here Comes the Bridesmaid (so they can show you the measurement chart and you can see exactly where you fall and what size to order), they understand everyone has busy lives. They allowed my bridesmaids to come in on their own time, when it was convenient for them, allowed them all to try on the dress OR gave them the option of sending their measurements like my out of state bride. The payment process was a breeze. They allow you to pay in multiple forms of payment (Ie; if every bridesmaid wanted to pay individually for their own dresses on their own cards) OR you were allowed to put it all on one card. We opted to put it all on one card. I will warn that they require 100% payment up front HOWEVER, there is no need to fear. These ladies are professionals and handle their business as such. Dresses were ordered in late February-early March and were delivered to the store in PERFECT condition by May 24th (one week earlier than was expected). Upon pick up, the dresses were labeled with each bridesmaids name and size and hung meticulously in a plastic dress bag. If I could dress shop again, I would have skipped all the other places and just come here. Highly recommend and will continue to recommend to all my family members and friends!! read more

We went there for my best friend's bridesmaids dresses 4/ 21/18 and aside from the big warehouse (which, I was indeed scared of in the beginning), was AMAZING! The staff that was helping us from as soon as we arrived until we left were more than accommodating. They helped my best friend find the designers she wanted including some designers she wouldn't have actually chosen.
