    Hi! Just got married this past October and I am so beyond happy with my experience at Max Bridal. From finding my dream dress with Andrea to having the alterations done by the insanely talented Maya. I am still completely blown away and forever grateful for everything they have done for me. All the staff are so kind and welcoming! The space is so beautiful and bridal, it makes you giddy with excitement. I traveled two hours there and back and it was WELL WORTH IT. Every visit was so special. And I have to say that Maya who does the alterations is the most talented, kind woman! She made the dress really mine. I wish I could do it all over again. It was a dream. Love you max bridal team!

    Fantastic experience at Max Bridal. My consultant, Mikayla, was super attentive and a pleasure to work with. Max Bridal assigned her to me as my consultant, and she was with me throughout the appointment. Just an FYI for brides, your consultant (unless you request not to have this done, I presume) is with you inside the dressing area to open up the dress for you to step into and then zip you up and clip the dress to fit you. But she was very respectful and it definitely felt like a judgment-free zone! They have a lovely selection of dresses. Mikayla did tell me that they carry ivory dresses and not white, which she said is a pain to work with because white dresses may appear blue in photographs (I learned from her that some photographers may actually charge extra for working with white dresses). Honestly some of the dresses looked more ivory than others, so you can probably still get a whitish dress if that's what you are looking for. Since most of the dresses are from China, there is essentially a hold on dresses coming in during the month of February due to the Chinese New Year. Just something to keep in mind, per my consultant. The champagne glasses seen in my pic are to celebrate brides who have "said yes to the dress" at Max Bridal. Really sweet. I'm going to give myself some more time before I make a final decision, but I wanted to say I had a lovely experience at Max Bridal.

    I had such a great experience at Max Bridal! My wedding planner, Adina from A Perfect Day, recommended making an appointment with Max Bridal. I made an appointment about a week before for Sunday at 4:45 which was the latest appointment available that day. I also added myself to the waitlist the weekend before and they did call me for open availability which is great - the waitlist works! You call in from the parking lot when you arrive and they will let you know when you can come in. My consultant's name was Kat and she was a DREAM throughout the appointment. My mom and I were brought back to a room where there was a dressing room part and also a couch for my mom to sit on which I thought was so personable and private which I loved. The ambiance of the place was great too. I spoke to Kat, at length, about what I kinda thought I would see myself in. She was super open about ideas and listened to my feedback throughout my appointment. She was also super personable as well and I felt like we just connected. She would bring out different dress and if I didn't like it she would just wisk it away and she would keep pulling dresses. Julie, another consultant, would pop in and see what I was trying on and give feedback as well. Honestly, it was such an enjoyable experience and they have such beautiful dresses. Unfortunately, I found my dress elsewhere but I HIGHLY recommend Max Bridal. They do great with social distancing and have great people working there. I felt safe with the COVID precautions and they also offer another way to shop and book the store to yourself! I was going to do that for when I was going back for a second appointment so I definitely recommend checking this place out!!

    I had the absolute best experience at Max Bridal with stylist Julie! Upon making my appointment, I was asked to look through the shop's Pinterest page and send back pictures of dresses I liked. When I arrived, I was escorted to my own suite with my name and wedding date on a board and the four dresses I sent from their Pinterest page already pulled and waiting for me to try on. Julie was beyond kind and considerate, while working with our budget and listening to exactly what I wanted. At the end, I was stuck between two very similar dresses by the same designer, and Julie helped prompt and guide me by asking questions and putting me in and out of the dresses until I came to a decision. After I said yes to the dress, my mother and I were given champagne and were able to take pictures in their lobby that is super cute. I cannot be more excited, and I cannot wait for my dress to come in!

    I came to Max Bridal back in March, and while I did not end up getting my dress there, I had the best experience! I love how each private area has a theme, and how they put your name and wedding date in the room with props for the guests, super cute! Also Mikayla immediately made me feel so comfortable, and I love how she clipped me in so I could really get an idea of how the dress would look on me when it's fitted. Some places just use one clip but here they used a band to hold your chest in along with clips in the back which truly made all the difference in helping me feel confident in the dresses I put on! I cannot recommend this place enough... beautiful vibes and amazing staff!

    I could not have had a better experience at Max Bridal!!! Mikayla was SO sweet, patient, and made me feel comfortable the whole time. The minute you walk in, you feel like you're going to be in good hands. From the private rooms, to the sign that has your name/wedding date, to the little tote bag gift & champagne they give when you've said "yes!" The small details really do add up! I'm so happy to have found my dress here and I wouldn't have been able to do so without Mikayla's help.

    Would not recco this place- you cannot look at the dresses you tell them what you like and they bring them. Was not a fun experience.

    Very pushy, was charged a non-refundable booking fee I was never aware of. Very disappointing experience. Would not recommend.

I will say I had a great experience with hair/makeup and dress but photography was such a horrible experience. We saw sample pictures beforehand and decided to go with Rahel but the pictures we actually got were no where near what we were given. I will preface and say that we were pre-warned that we were double booked that day and were not going to get the main photographer,however, I am not just upset at the quality of photos but just the lack of professionalism that followed. We ended up taking studio photos that day with the main photographer which actually were edited and came out nice, however, the pictures taken at the venue were terrible with the other photographers. Many of the pictures looked like we were inside a club due to horrible flash. Many pictures we were washed out with flash directly in our faces. Not just that but barely none were edited. We just got a photo dump of nearly 7 gbs of just raw pictures. We hired photography to get professional pictures but we just ended up with a photo dump of just raw photos and terrible ones at that. The worst part is I tried emailing the group about my concerns 3 times with NO response and am just amazed at their unprofessionalism with their clients. I guess once they have your money they just have no regard for you. If at least there was some dialogue about the situation I don't think I would have been as upset but the fact that before the wedding they were very responsive to the silence that followed afterwards is just what is very upsetting.

It was such a convenient one-stop shop - they have dress/tux for rent, hair&makeup artists on site, as well as a photographer. For the engagement shoot, we got the whole package here and are very pleased with how the photos turned out. We are also going with Rahel for our wedding - hair & makeup and renting a dress/tuxedo.

She made the week leading up to my wedding so unnecessarily stressful and almost…read moreruined my dress for my wedding day (thankfully It was saved by an emergency appointment with a different seamstress two days before my Wedding) I'm truly shocked that Selene somehow has rave reviews, if you look at yelp and look at the 1 and 2 star reviews, you will see some similar experiences. My wedding was June 27th. She had my dress since April 30th initially she scheduled me for two alterations and then the pick up on June 21st final fitting was supposed to be May 30th. Everything seemed to be going fine until on May 30th the dress seemed to fit well overall just needed a few final touches near the chest (turns out It fit because It was still pinned, I didn't notice initially, I had to go back to pictures and realized this after the fact) because she said on the 30th It needed some more alterations to get the chest area right, she scheduled me for a 3rd final fitting on June 13th. When I'm walking out my door to go to her on June 13th, she calls to tell me she needs to leave as she has a medical Emergency, okay feel better I say, call Me next week to reschedule. When I don't hear from her by Wednesday the 18th, I call her and she says "I'm dealing with this medical issue right now what do you need is there a deadline?" Wild question to ask given the fact that she should have down that my wedding was the following week.. I politely remind her that my wedding is the 27th and I was leaving the 26th so I really needed It by this weekend. She agreed to see me earlier on in the day on the 21st this was I can pick It up that evening if any additional alterations are needed (by the way I later found out that her medical emergency was that she got two teeth pulled as per her report on the next fitting day) Okay this is where things really get out of control. I go in on the 21st and I am SWIMMING in my dress (this is when I didn't realize until after the fact that this is because the last fitting I had on the 30th the dress only fit because It was pinned AKA she did 0 work) she goes "OH MY GOD you lost so much weight WOW what have you been doing you lost several dress sizes, I need to do more alterations, this is too much work to do in a day, I'll work with you but you have to work with me you have to come back to pick up Monday night" I left scratching my head, I really did not think I lost weight at all let alone 2-3 dress sizes in two weeks but she had me convinced that my hot yoga I've been doing made my dress no longer fit, until my friend and I examined the pic from the last fitting. Once I realized she just straight up lied because she didn't do work and instead used my weight as an excuse, I started panicking. My MOH agreed to go with me Monday, we had a game plan.. go in, really hope the dress is done do my Fitting wait until dress is in bag in hand and then call her out. But then It didn't fit. Yes the alterations on the side were finally done but the chest area remained very loose. I think it's important to add, I'm a C cup, very average breast size there's really no reason to have trouble with this if you're a professional seamstress. Anyway, she says to me "yup like I've said since the beginning, this dress still won't fit your chest right, I will have to add straps, it's very normal, tons of brides do It " mind you, this is now 4 days before my wedding and no she never once mentioned straps to me until this appointment. I said absolutely not, you're not touching my dress another second. She responds "well I know weddings can be stressful but I have mentioned straps since the very beginning (she didn't) and it's not my fault you lost all this weight" that's when I decided to call her out on knowing she was lying then she started screaming at me in her shop like truly screaming at a bride 4 days before her wedding when she messed up this brides wedding dress.. It was a nightmare. Her mom comes out from the back room and assures me she can fix It in under an hour and I can watch. My MOH and I sit there awkwardly as her mom stitches the breast area a little more and makes It a little better It was doable I guess with like fabric tape if I wore It as is. Selene comes back after her mom fixes It to do the 'final fitting' and to show my MOH the terrible bustle she did. During this time she tells me.. don't walk backwards you will trip. Selene at the end goes "you made me nervous before can we hug It out?" It was truly the weirdest situation I honestly just wanted to get out of there so I just Said OK and played nice at the end, I wanted to remove myself from any more conflict and stress. She didn't charge me the final payment due to "misunderstandings" according to her, but her deposit was half so I still paid her $390 and I'm pissed about It.

Not only has she done an impeccable job on the dresses but she has also made me feel extremely confident in her work throughout and in myself as a bride. I am so lucky I found her. They originally said they could clean a 1/16 inch coffee stain. Then they informed my husband that damage occurred due to 'moths' . They said they could attempt to fix it or return it. They have had my item over 6 weeks and I'm still waiting....please respond, resolve and return my sweater immediately!!! Fixed or damaged at this point!!! 3pm approx same day. Spoke with the very cagey owner who likes to record messages, I suppose to 'save' being sued. By the way, I did not give permission to record our conversation. After 30 years in the Fashion Insustry and the ability to sew couture... yes ...I won my Green Card on being exceptionally talented in this field, I think , I'm more than qualified to say, I could have done the job myself, in a mili- fraction of the time. Let's see what I receive... when the owner decides to release my Sweater-in-captive! Now may I add, if the owner does not wish to send back my item because my husband brought the item in, what does that say about discrimination? I don't think my husband would look too great in a size small baby pink diamonte buttoned Parisian cardigan. Once I receive and exam it, I will post my final review and picture of the workmanship... here's hoping ... 9pm Thursday 6/5/25 It's taken me over 24 hours to come around after receiving the appalling destruction of my Tara Jarmon baby pink cashmere sweater. What was handed to this business was an immaculate French cashmere sweater with a 1/16th of an inch coffee spec. What I received back was a hole infested mess! See photos below, they speak volume. NOT EVEN AN APOLOGY!

The staff kind of all just huddles together and hangs out, not really jumping at the bit to help. Overall, not the most professional or warm establishment, but it's also a Men's Warehouse, so I checked my expectations. The thing is, I have to say, they did put my boyfriend in the most well-fitted incredible suit and that's what we were there for. He's a weird size, he's very tall and very thin and suits always fit him kind of huge, boxy and wonky or don't fit him at all in the shoulders. He was dreading this fitting. But there was a guy with braces who helped him out and when my boyfriend came out of that dressing room he had a whole different attitude. The kid who helped him was even impressed by his own work and showed his coworkers how dapper my boyfriend looked. We even kind of sucked and brought the suit back late, but because there was a mix up about our dates, they just waived the late fee. If we have an event like this again - we'll be back.
