The boutique itself is stunning--filled with gorgeous gowns, endless options, the sweetest staff, and beautiful floral décor that makes the entire experience feel so elegant and special. So sad where else are people going to buy wedding dresses. The staff was so nice regardless they are going to be unemployed in a few weeks. They have sales up to 80% off which came in handy for my daughter's dress. We brought the most beautiful cream dress for her baptism for $40. My daughter had a blast in the store looking for her baptism dress. It is a shame they are closing. Check it before 7/19!

She body shamed the customer for not having a flat stomach and insisted that she buy a larger size despite the sample in a smaller size already being too big. Imagine bringing your younger daughter here for a prom dress or flower girl dress and having her be spoken to like this. I don't think giving customers a complex about their bodies when they are shopping for some of the happiest days in their lives is part of the David's Bridal job description. It's really appalling and disappointing and I personally will not be shopping here ever again!

The day of the wedding, however, these people brought completely different flowers than the one my sister had selected. Additionally, the flowers they brought were drab, lifeless, and wilted. Take a look at the attached pictures and judge for yourself. Finally, they failed to set everything up on time despite having advance notice, so we had to delay the entire wedding for around 45 minutes to an hour for them to finish setting up. If you want your wedding ruined, pick these guys. If you want your wedding to go well, pick someone else. Afterward, they were completely unrepentant and unapologetic about it. When my mom left a negative review, they threatened legal action if she didn't take it down. Well, I'm not scared of their threats. If you guys want to sue me, reach out and I'll give you my address so you can effect service of process. I would *love* to litigate the accuracy of this. EDIT: the owner has responded claiming that this review is not true, but the pictures speak for themselves. She is lying. Imagine what else she is lying about. The owner doesn't even know me - we've never interacted and she's never heard my name. Message me if you would like more information. Do yourself a favor - read through her reviews. Many of them are positive, but quite a few are negative - I'm not the only one saying this. Finally, look how often she calls people liars, unstable, immoral, etc. when they complain about her. Ask yourself this: do you want to be the one she's one day calling an unstable, immoral liar on here after she screws up your own wedding? This is how she talks about the people who complain when she drops the ball and ruins a wedding. Maybe one day it'll be how she talks about you. Rachel, if you're reading this: if I'm really slandering you, then sue me. I will give you my address so you can file the lawsuit and serve me with process. But you're not going to do that, because you don't actually want these allegations adjudicated in court, because you know that they're true and you would lose.

They sized him up, we left a deposit, and we received a text in a week for pickup, just like they said we would. Day of pickup -- the suit was tried on and it looked and fit great! It was due back in a couple of days, but they actually told us a day or two later was fine too. That helped!! Easy and painless experience. I'd go back for the next suit rental!

Salespeople are not trained by management. My son and husband went and bought 2 suits. Salespeople…read moredidn't ask if they had matching belts or socks. They don't pay attention to details. These are basic questions that salespeople ask in retail. When I went back to buy these items, there was no one at the register. I waited 5 minutes. Finally a salesman comes to the register with the customer and rings her up. I ask him to call someone to help me and his response was they are too busy. It's a management problem with untrained staff. Also went to get a belt the young woman who helped me was really nice and helpful.
