Maria pulled amazing options that were spot on to my inspo pics and within my budget. They have a wide selection of dresses and exclusive pieces during trunk shows. I can't recommend this place enough! From the second I met with Jackie, I felt my anxiety about finding the perfect dress- vanish! For starters, she is so bubbly, warm, and made this experience an 11/10 for me! I wasn't overwhelmed with trying on 101 different styles. We tried on a range of styles, but quickly discovered which was best for me! Then on a whim, my MOH pulled a dress off the rack which was entirely different than all the dresses in my room and I immediately said "no way that dress isn't going to even fit!" Jackie reassured me, "oh yes it will" and thank God she did-- because that is the dress I said yes to! I was torn between two dresses and when back and forth and not only did Jackie have patience with myself, and my many family members in attendance (4!!), but so did other encouraging ladies on the floor! They would walk by and say which was their favorite and that made me feel so empowered that I was choosing the perfect dress! Sondra and Amalia are also key players, who helped make finding my dress a breeze and deserve a shoutout! Well, my dress came in wrong and the train was suddenly a foot shorter than the dress I tried on and the dress on the website. However, I didn't catch it until it was too late so I didn't bother mentioning it to the store. Jenny and Zizi at the Massapequa location were excellent and really saved this experience. DO NOT GO HERE. If I could leave 0 stars, I would. They fitted me for a SIZE 6--despite being a petite 00. I took the dress to 2 seamstresses that told me to return for a smaller size because they "didn't even want to touch the dress, because it will be a small fortune." And that it was. Taking no responsibility for their incorrect measurements, they would not issue me a refund or offer free alterations for their incompetence; instead they body-shamed me telling me I lost weight... Don't believe me? Go ahead and look at their response to other reviewers, where they make up lies saying they also lost weight in attempt to shift the blame! Bridal Reflections purposefully fits you for a larger size so that you have to pay an exorbitant amount extra to get your dress fitted. Luckily, I was able to find an incredibly skilled seamstress to completely re-fit the dress, but unfortunately he could not correct the bust (which is made for a C cup... I am an A), so it looks pretty ridiculous. Unfortunately now, I will not feel like myself at my brother's wedding, because of the ill fitting chest. Moral of the story: Take your hard-earned money and support an ethical business where you won't be appalled by their practices and customer service. read more

I wish I could review this place lower than one star. My sister came to this location over the weekend and left in tears. The appointment started with a rude introduction, her consultant had no interest in greeting the group and didn't introduce herself. We were placed in a very tight corner of the salon and seated on small ottomans. When my sister put her purse on the ground by my feet to begin shopping, the consultant said it needed to be moved immediately in a very harsh tone. My mom had two papers of the bridal salons we had appointments at and dresses my sister was interested in. When the consultant noticed, she snapped at my mom and said "Whats with the papers?" The entire appointment was very tense and awkward. There were very limited dress options, most of which looked like they were from 2005. My sister explicitly said she did not want tulle but the consultant only showed her tulle dresses. My sister said the consultant would talk poorly about her entourage, especially our mom, when they would walk back in the room. This was the worst bridal appointment out of the 11 salons we visited. Thankfully, my sister found her dress at the salon we went to later that afternoon, another store on Long Island. Would never recommend this place to any bride. read more

I was shopping for the mother of the groom gown. Katarina assisted me. She asked me what I was looking for and what style I preferred. She pulled out quite a few gallons for me to try on, some that were completely out of my comfort zone, but I have to admit they didn't look too bad... However, it wound up that the first gown she selected for me to try on was the winner. It was a lovely experience. We joked. We laughed, and we really had a good time. The fact that I successfully found a gown that I felt comfortable in and looked pretty nice on me made it a completely successful experience. The manager Linda also assisted and was able to locate a swatch of the color that I preferred and thankfully they were able to find the gown I wanted and ordered it for me. What a time to be picking out a wedding dress!!! Even during all of this COVID limitations, Bridal Reflections was able to make my wedding dress experience special. I was allowed to bring 2 people with me and I chose my sister (Maid of Honor) and my Mother to help me. My sister was on facetime the entire time with my bridesmaids so I could still hear them and they were still participating in picking out my dress with me.
