But they will charge you $32. Now I am referring to the pick up and delivery service. They have a laundry bag that you must purchase, it is not free like other laundry services. That bag can hold between 20 and 25 pounds. So if you give them 20 pounds at $1.70 it would be $34. So if you decide to use them, be smart and fill the bag to its capacity. I am using another service that charges you only buy the pounds of laundry, you submit. I had a laundry once that had a $10 minimum charge which was realistic if you submit it under 10 pounds to them. But this charge of $30 minimum by this company it's not cost-effective for a single person. Remember, if you use them fill that bag to the top.

Extremely disappointing treatment of a 15+ year customer I…read morehave been a loyal customer of Le French Cleaners for over 15 years, sending in many items every week, but unfortunately, my recent experience has completely destroyed my trust in the business. I sent an expensive blazer in specifically for a sleeve alteration--not for dry cleaning. When it was returned, the button portion around the sleeve had been bleached and the blazer was ruined. I tried repeatedly to resolve the matter directly with the owner, but was told that there was something wrong with the material and that I should contact the manufacturer. This was especially frustrating because the blazer had been successfully dry cleaned by Le French many times before, and it was not even there for dry cleaning when the damage occurred. After we were unable to resolve the issue, I had to hire an attorney. Le French submitted the claim to its insurance company, which approved reimbursement. The insurance company promptly paid its portion and advised that Le French would pay its $1,000 deductible. Despite my lawyer writing to Le French requesting the $1000, I still have not received the $1,000 owed to me. After 15+ years of loyalty, I am extremely disappointed in how Le French has treated me.
