Possibly the most rudest workers in any cleaners that o have ever used. Their prices are very expensive. Never deliver cloths on time . Everyone from the seamstress . Front desk personnel need to go to school on how to speak with customers. I will never use this cleaners ever again. I had some work performed on my coat. It took 2 weeks they charged me $35.00 dollars whereby another cleaner would have charged med $25.00. They are all unknowledgeable talk like they are experts. Best cleaners ever. I've been using them for many years. I've tried other ls with no comparison. What made me leave this review was I dropped off early this morning. They told me it would be ready by 4pm. When I arrived 230 half was ready. The owner him self helped me and was so kind to offer free deliver on the remaining 2pc. What a fabulous establishment to visit!!! The dwelling is newly renovated, it looks brand new after over sixty years of servicing the community in the same location. The best thing about it, is the excellent customer service, it is a brand new crew, a brand new image. When you walk in you get greeted with a smile, respect and a cheerful attitude. We've tried using their wash and fold service and it is not fast and totally disorganized. Additionally, they don't do that good of a job on this end of their services. I still stand that their dry cleaning is good and fast, but again, there's a lack of communication with clients as to when their services are done. They should, like most other places, implement a texting service that sends a message (email or text) to customers when their items are ready. Additionally, there is such a disconnect between the staff there - messages are not received and things get messed up. One thing I do want to add is a review for the TAILOR -she gets 4.5 stars - she's fast, decently priced, and really really good. She should get her own Yelp page. read more

This is by far the best cleaners in the area. After trying each of the others several times, I am very happy with their cleaning and pressing and service. Each shirt gets a plastic tab to keep the collar straight and French cuff get plastic clips lined up in the right place when when you put your cufflinks in. No more broken buttons or mangled collars or holes burned in the fold of the collar. The one teeny issue I noticed is that the environmentally friendly fluid they use can smell a little weird after a warm day. But still wouldn't change. read more

Never got to do my laundry with these guys. They sent over a total jerk for a delivery guy. Shows up 45 minutes early and wouldn't wait 5 minutes for me to give him my laundry/ just left when I asked him to give me a a few minutes. I gave in a cocktail dress with a thin top for dry cleaning and I asked for it to be placed on a padded hanger, or some kind of hanger with a cardboard form, for the dress as a wire hanger will loosen the shoulders which are already thin. The person who took my dress said, "no problem." Upon picking up my dress today, the dress was hanging on a wire hanger. I immediately took the dress off and I showed them how the shoulders had an imprint from the wire. I explained I wanted a padded hanger, or something like it, to keep this from happening. The same guy who took my dress said, we only do that for gowns. Then another attendant came over and said loudly, "if she wants a form-hanger you have to charge her extra." What on earth??!!! I have given this dress in before to the same cleaners and it was placed nicely on a formed hanger. They already charged me a little more for the dry cleaning as there was some intricate beading on the cocktail dress. I just couldn't believe their nerve. And you know what else I was told? The attendant told me, "Do you have a padded hanger at home? Just put the dress on the padded hanger when you get home." I couldn't believe my ears. The damage was done. The shoulders already have the imprint from the wire. Is the dress clean? Yes. But I will have to iron the shoulders at home to see if I could get the form back. I am so unimpressed. Well the fact that I had been a very loyal customer for 25+ years, I was so disappointed with my most recent encounter with the new owner and service. First the daughter of the owner is a grown woman and if she cannot handle a raised voice then maybe she shouldn't deal with customers. Guess what, when you are promised services and they not only not delivered upon, but told due to one person not coming to work, your laundry is not only not ready but there was a dismissive tone. I had been in the previous day and told it would be ready. Guess what you own a business and if it's your own business like it is you don't make excuses you get the job done any way you need. The fact that my JEWISH SABBATH was a few hours away and this cleaning needed to be back to me. This stuff was dropped off on Tuesday, and in 4 days it could not be finished is completely unacceptable. 4 Days before Shabas and still didn't get it done. Here's part 2 to the incompetence. 5 shirts were dropped the same Tuesday and on there ticket was supposed to be ready on Thursday. When I stopped by on Thursday I was told only 4 were done (which by the way makes no sense, since they were all being dry cleaned), so I said ok no problem I will be back tomorrow for my wash and fold. I was told by the owners adult child that it would all be done on Friday. Not only was the wash and fold not ready which is bad enough and ok maybe I can understand, but not really. But the same single shirt was still not ready. Now whose fault is that, I would say the same adult child that cannot handle a raised voice, Yes I raised my voice and yes that happens some times when you're frustrated. But I was not yelling I was making my point, and yes I've been told I have a loud voice. We'll grow up little girl and yes I say girl because an adult woman would have dealt with it and moved on with her day. The fact that my Sabbath was disrespected by these new owners without any urgency to get this done,is a slap on my face and my family. This needs to get done before sundown. Shame shame shame on you. Nu-Clear has been around for a long time. They do a great job on shirts, have on-site seamstress, and are very friendly. The facility is huge, which I think means they do everything on site. Their prices to launder dress shirts are reasonable, and I Have been very happy with the level of service and quality of work I have been receiving. I would recommend trying Nu-Clear! read more

Past few months there service & work has gone down hill! Numerous times I had to have them redo my dress shirts cause it still had creases in them, some ruined from improperly washing them with burnt creases, especially on the collars. A few of them are also very rude & never greet you in a friendly way. Will be looking for a new place after going to them for a few years now. read more

I usually don't write a review unless there is something substantial to share.. I had the worst experience at this place.. First of all the staff is extremely rude.. My clothes were not ready to pickup at the time mentioned on the receipt inspite of the fact that i called in advance to check if they were ready. When i arrived to pick up my clothes the lady was scrambling to find them. It took her 40min to find them.. And then I found out that one of my white dress shirts was stained with pink ink.. I was so frustrated by the end that I just walked away with all my clothes.. And the worst part was that they didn't even own up to staining my shirt and instead put it on me.. The next day i found out another couple of pink stains on another white dress shirt of mine. NEVER GOING BACK AGAIN AND WOULD STRONGLY ADVISE OTHERS AGAINST DOING SO TOO.. WORST DRY CLEAN PLACE EVER. DO NOT GO HERE, EVER. THEY COMPLETELY DAMAGED MY CLOTHES WITH NO REMORSE OR COMPENSATION. Ever since Kenny sold this business a few weeks ago the business is a complete scam. The new Owner is a dirty thief who doesn't care at all about his customers. He is a poor excuse for a man who takes no responsibility for damaging your clothes. I recently brought in 3 dresses, 1 silk with lace and 1 satin. All dresses have been worn once and gently worn with no stains, rips, or defectS They were brought to the cleaners in perfect condition, I just wanted to dry clean them to get rid of any odors and creases. The dresses were brought back to me in the dry cleaning bag expected to be paid for ($30). When I checked to see if they were in the right condition I saw that they were all ripped and damaged! The satin dress had a long strap detached which they just took a safety pin and pinned it back without even sewing it back or notifying me that it had torn off! Also, the fabric of the satin dress was completely pulled and had little bumps throughout the entire dress. This dress is not in wearable condition anymore, it looks like a 20 year old t shirt that's been through the wash hundreds of times. The silk lace dress had orange stains that were not there previously and the lace was torn apart. When I presented these issues to the owner (when asked if he was the owner he said "maybe I am" in a rude offensive tone) he showed no empathy and went as far to say that it was my fault and that I brought it that way which is a complete lie. He was speaking sarcastically and made no effort to listen to me and take my issues into consideration. In his mind he had already decided he was going to totally avoid the right thing to do, and try instead to get the blame off of him. He lied to me for the 45 minutes that I was there and hysterically crying, to get out of trouble and get out of paying for the garments. He told me I was lucky that I did not pay for the dry cleaning of the dresses he destroyed!!! He then threatened me to leave his store. I will never in my life go back to this establishment. The service was terrible, the owner is a monster, and now I'm left with three once-beautiful dresses that will never get to be worn again. read more
