I'm not sure if it was bc they knew me since I've been there for a few altercations here and there, but they recommended that I'd fix the zipper instead and pay later after I'd get back from work. The cost of restitching the pockets was $10 (very reasonable compared to other tailors in Queens). The jacket was ready when promised and pick-up was easy. The stitching was nice and even. The only minor issue I had was that I wish that 1 single color of thread was used (both black and white were used), but it's not a big deal because the inside of the pocket won't be visible to others. Parking can be a bit tricky, but there's metered parking along 150th Street.

They said they could and would need to see the gown to tell me the pricing. I was quoted $30 cash for my evening gown and pick up in 3 days. They did a great job with the gown and it's the perfect length now. They do good work and I'll trust them for all my tailoring needs.
