The gentleman who answered the phone was straightforward and helpful. He quoted me the price right away and walked me through exactly how the same-day pickup would work, so I felt confident going in. They had me try the jeans on, asked how I wanted them hemmed, and even offered different heel heights so I could see how the length would look depending on my shoes. His response was to tell me not to come back. I thought I had misheard him but he repeated himself and said "don't come back we have enough business." Based on the empty, sad look of their store and other yelp reviews I doubt that but incase you're looking for a new seamstress you might want to looks somewhere else because apparently they already have enough customers. Oh and I was able to find another seamstress right near by that was willing do so the alterations and steam the dress for less than half the price.
