These people legit charged me $3.75 for one work shirt! Rasssssclat!!! I work in Garden City right over the Mineola Bridge, I walked across the bridge to get some Chinese Food (I'll review that spot later) The old Asian woman was so pleasant. I brought my work shirts to her at about 3:00 pm and she advised they will be ready tomorrow @ 5pm. The price for each shirt was only $1.75! I'm in love!!! and it's in such a convenient location, it's only 1 block off the LIRR Mineola Station. If you have work shirts that you don't want to ruin by washing them in a machine, bring your shirts here if you're in the area. They do an awesome job, the shirt is soft, it feels machine washed but looks dry cleaned. Don't ruin another shirt by washing it in the machine.. or by over paying.

I have a wedding in Hillburn NY at 4:00 today!! I put my new dress on and the shoulder is Twisted!!! I do not remember it being twisted when I bought it. Turning the dress inside and out. Nothing. I had just two days to get my bridesmaid dress altered before flying to Texas for a wedding, and there was a LOT of fabric that needed to be taken in. I called Sal on a Sunday afternoon to explain my predicament, and he told me to come in immediately. From the moment I arrived, he was incredibly professional and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire fitting process. Any anxiety I had walking in was completely gone by the time I left. Despite the tight turnaround, my dress was ready on time and fit perfectly. I truly couldn't have gotten luckier finding a tailor who not only does exceptional work under pressure, but is also a complete gentleman. The owner is as rude as can be. The new tailor doesn't speak English and while the staff can…read morecommunicate with him, and they are lovely, it's still hard. As I drove home, I realized the back seam hadn't been pinned and when I called, the owner told me Mr. Jesus would know what to do. I wanted to clarify that I didn't want it taken in a uniform amount because then it would be too tight when it reached my hips. She LOST it on me, yelled about it being prom season, she didn't have time for this and I needed to think about if I wanted them to do the work. Then she hung up on me. I called back Monday morning thinking she would have calmed down. Screamed again. I told her to forget it. Oh, and she wanted to charge $75 to take in an elastic waistband on sweatpants that didn't cost close to $75. Never stepping foot in there again. They don't appreciate their customers, are rude, and overpriced. And the last time I had an alteration by Mr. Jesus, it had to be fixed. Don't ask why I even considered going back. Lesson learned.

AVOID, AVOID, AVOID! Their tailor destroyed my brand new Emilio Pucci dress. He was supposed to hem…read morethe length of the dress. When I went to pick it up the hem was mangled, completely uneven and dirty (see photos of the horrible work and staining.) The owner claimed she would come in and make things right that day, but when I returned she was not there and did not respond to multiple text messages. At this point, if they do not refund me for the dress, I am stuck dealing with it in court. Just a horribly run establishment with no oversight.
