Mother of Bride, dress needed to be hemmed in top of shoulder (I am petite). When pinned at fitting it was how I wanted it to be, when i returned it was like nothing was done. Explained it is still too big. Was defensive, argumentative and unrelatedly had really bad breath!!! When I was trying to look at her to speak my concerns, she abruptly grabbed by shoulder and turned me around. She did this a few times. I asked her to please stop pushing me, she was hurting my back. When I came out of changing room, I asked her to update the receipt with the new pickup date and what needed to be done, she was arguing "I don't know why you are making such a big deal, i fix the dress, you can pick it up tomorrow.
