I walked in completely clueless on a whim, tactlessly not making an appointment, and even though it was Juan's lunchbreak he still immediately took the time to see me and work with me. That said... let the man eat. Don't interrupt his break! I still feel bad about it!!! About the tailoring: Juan is just That Dude. He WILL make you look better and point out ways to make the clothes better compliment your body that others don't even know about. The pricing felt extremely fair and not at all like I was being overcharged for the amount and quality of work being done. Not only that, Juan did me a solid by getting the alterations done in-time with a big move out of state. Last minute, off of a random walk-in, and brother still treated me like I was a long time regular. And matter of fact, even though I'm going to be living down south I WILL still be getting my nicest clothing tailored by Juan. I took a dress that I had bought in with plenty of extra fabric and asked her to make it larger, after I put on the dress she laughed and said no one can fix it for me and I should buy a new dress. The service and…read moreoutcome have been satisfying so far, so I decided to give this place my recommendation for Yelpers who look for dry clean service around Great Neck Plaza! My husband usually dry clean his work shirts here, and so far the survival chance for all of them are 100%! No failure! I remember one of year end, I sent my dress to this store for dry clean, and the result was satisfying, too. However, the service for my dress was a little bit over $10/pc, comparing to my husband's oxford shirt of about $2/pc Very reasonable price range, considering the time we saved and the importance of those items to us. We would continue to come to this dry clean store for our clothes. And I am planning to give them my Winter heavy coats, and will update my review with the outcome later ;)
