STAY AWAY. STAY FAR, FAR AWAY! The new owners are a disaster. I suspect, very much, that it is a racial thing, too. I have been patronizing this store for THIRTY-FOUR YEARS when it was run by a wonderful Chinese couple, Danny and his wife. In THIRTY-FOUR YEARS, EVERY SINGLE WEEK IN AND WEEK OUT, I NEVER, EVER had a SINGLE problem or issue . The cleaning? IMPECCABLE. The service? INCREDIBLE. Reliability? 100% 100% of the time. But when this wonderful couple sold the store to a few Hispanic young women, EVERYTHING CHANGED. They misplaced the first order I brought to them. It was not 'learning pangs', because they had everyone else in the store on a crowded Saturday's orders in full. They laughed! They were so HAPPY that my shirts were lost ! A few weeks later: they did it again. The first and second times they were nasty, full of lies and denials, and were laughing uproariously over my loss. It was: DELIBERATE. Today, they did it AGAIN, but really put me through the paces, taking up to a HALF HOUR to' find' the shirts. They even did not fold them as instructed. They laughed, hooted, guffawed and were as snooty, rude and cavalier as could be. They WANTED me not to give them business. The Chinese wife of the owner works for them now, and was powerless. She said" I know you, you come here a long, long, long time, many years". There is something utterly ROTTEN and utterly inept about this charnel house that I would advise anyone and everyone to STAY THE H__L AWAY.- 0 STARS--- read more
