The gentleman who answered the phone was straightforward and helpful. He quoted me the price right away and walked me through exactly how the same-day pickup would work, so I felt confident going in. Once I arrived, the experience was seamless. They had me try the jeans on, asked how I wanted them hemmed, and even offered different heel heights so I could see how the length would look depending on my shoes. Since I was wearing flats that day, I went barefoot and stood on a pedestal while they pinned everything to my exact preference - it felt really personalized and thorough.
