Once I arrived, the experience was seamless. They had me try the jeans on, asked how I wanted them hemmed, and even offered different heel heights so I could see how the length would look depending on my shoes. Since I was wearing flats that day, I went barefoot and stood on a pedestal while they pinned everything to my exact preference - it felt really personalized and thorough. His response was to tell me not to come back. I thought I had misheard him but he repeated himself and said "don't come back we have enough business." Based on the empty, sad look of their store and other yelp reviews I doubt that but incase you're looking for a new seamstress you might want to looks somewhere else because apparently they already have enough customers. Also, heaven forbid you do not wear your "cleaned" garments within 30 days, you are screwed if one of them has a stain that they did not clean properly. Everyone knows dry cleaning chemicals get out most if not all stains. Well, I have laundered my shirts and removed many stains they claimed to have been unable to treat. Also, one of my items was lost. I would suggest bringing someplace else if possible especially if you really care about an item.
