I wanted to clarify that I didn't want it taken in a uniform amount because then it would be too tight when it reached my hips. She LOST it on me, yelled about it being prom season, she didn't have time for this and I needed to think about if I wanted them to do the work. Then she hung up on me. I called back Monday morning thinking she would have calmed down. Screamed again. I told her to forget it. Oh, and she wanted to charge $75 to take in an elastic waistband on sweatpants that didn't cost close to $75. Never stepping foot in there again. They don't appreciate their customers, are rude, and overpriced. And the last time I had an alteration by Mr. Jesus, it had to be fixed. Don't ask why I even considered going back. Lesson learned.

He said "the driver, Mike" will call to arrange pick up. He called a few minutes later, I told him to knock/ring and I'll get him the bags. I brought two of the three bags out and popped back inside to grab a third. When I came back, the bags were gone. No knock/ring or "hey, can I take these?" Nothing, just gone. Then 2 minutes later I get a text from some other named laundry company, telling me I have to Venmo or Zelle him $48. WHAT???? He hadn't even had time to weigh the bags. I had spoken on the phone to TWO men. They said nothing of any of this. They were changing the terms of the agreement. I called Elio on the store phone line, or so I thought. He then told me he sold the company to Mike the driver, and deal with him. He said that he is just doing the laundry work for Mike, but it's Mike's company now. Then he told me he isn't in the store, or even in the state. I tell him I don't like deal being changed, and I don't have their payment methods, and to just bring the bags back. He told me I will have to PAY THEIR MINIMUM, $25 to get my clothing back!!!!! When I objected, he started mouthing off to me. I hung up and called the local Police, who sent a car over. They took care of it. The infractions were clear: - They took the bags without notice (not even all the bags I had) - They changed the agreement after the fact. - They tried to create an illegal bailment with my property. You can't make this stuff up!
