I am sorry but this place gets worse and worse....I have sent many items back to be redone b/c they are returned with water type stains or other stains that were 100% not there when dropped off. Also, heaven forbid you do not wear your "cleaned" garments within 30 days, you are screwed if one of them has a stain that they did not clean properly. Everyone knows dry cleaning chemicals get out most if not all stains. Well, I have laundered my shirts and removed many stains they claimed to have been unable to treat. Also, one of my items was lost. I would suggest bringing someplace else if possible especially if you really care about an item. read more

BEWARE. My wife dropped off 10 shirts and 3 pants to be cleaned on Tuesday was told would be ready Saturday after 12pm. I went to pickup and drop off Additional items Saturday around 2pm, the items were not ready and told after 4pm. Went back at 4:30pm and was told that items were not there at all. "Hopefully by Monday." To add to it, I was verbally assaulted by a customer who was in a rush to drop off his items. i asked to take back the items I had dropped off earlier and was refused. I had taken 5 items the other day. One had several little stains on the front when I picked up my items the one with the stains was showing on the backside as if not to see the stains were still there. Plus it was never pressed. It looked the same way I had given it to them. I cleaned it myself at home got the stains out and pressed it myself. Don't think I will return why bother when you have to reclean it at home. I wanted to try a new dry cleaner because of the $2.99 charge for each garment. I brought in a sports jacket and 2 pair of dress pants. Picked them up and hung in closet. Next day I put pants on and there was 2 creases in the front, same with the second pair. I brought them back to be pressed correctly, the woman said she couldn't because I took the tickets off the garment. She walked away and wouldn't talk to me. You get what you pay for, I am going back to my usual dry cleaners. This is definitely a place that is not run correctly, very rude and unprofessional. Definitely not worth the price. read more

My new go to place for dry cleaning. Can't beat their pricing and standard next day available pick up. There are 2 things that I would like to see improve however: 1) pressing ALL the wrinkles out of dress shirts. Occasionally there will be a few soggy looking wrinkles in the collar and sleeves, as if the press job was rushed and not double checked at the end. 2) while I love the pricing on dress pants, I don't like how the clothes are tagged. They use those plastic tabs that look like long capital letter I's and punch them through the zipper area of the pants. While this isn't a highly visible area, it does start to compile when you bring the pants back over and over again. I'm looking at one of my pants now that has many tiny holes in that area. Just seems like adding unnecessary wear and tear to the clothes when they could just clip the tags to the button hole or something read more

First time going. I had a suit jacket needing cleaning and everywhere I checked it was $8 dollars and up. Here it was $2.49 and it was cleaned nicely. The prices are going up to $2.99 which is still an amazing deal. They send a text message to let you know your items are ready. That is a great feature. I also brought in a fake sure that needed alteration. I cut the fur and was going to alter it myself but couldn't handle sewing the fur correctly. The alteration was costly $60... but I have my beloved jacket that I will wear now for decades to come and it was sewn exactly how I wanted. My first time customer experience was great! I brought in a dressy jumpsuit my daughter wore for a wedding. I showed them 2 sets of stains and they marked them. When I went to pick the jumpsuit up, I thought they got the stains on the front out but pointed out the back stains were still there. I asked them to try again and they refused saying the color would possible come out. When I got home, I decided to try and tackle the stains myself. Super clean and bright on inside and it's full even though it only just recently opened. They're advertising a new deal of any item dry cleaned for $2.29, which is great but don't expect a stellar job because rumor has it they either reuse or dilute their dry cleaning fluids (if they use fluid in DRY cleaning). You can pick up stuff next day and they close at 7 so good luck getting through Jericho turnpike traffic at rush hour! Worst cleaner ever. My sweaters came back with lint all over them. I was told cleaning doesn't get rid of the lint, which wasn't there when I brought them in. I was told that that's a separate process. I would think before returning items, they would make sure they were properly cleaned. I am convinced they don't clean anything just press items. Hence, the name. One of my sweaters came back with a pull that want there before. The other was returned with a big dust ball. Stay away from here unless you want your clothes ruined and returned dirtier than when you sent them. I tried saving money - once again....lesson learned - you get what you read more

Terrible! I gave them a winter jacket and a wool coat to be cleaned. They completely ruined both items! You really get what you pay for here. My gut was telling me not to do it when I saw multiple signs stating they require advance payment. They probably had numerous dissatisfied customers. Anyways, the coat I gave was only worn a few times, and when I got it back (after a whole week) it had major piling and looked so old. The jacket had soapy residue all over. The girl said they would re-do the cleaning to get the soap out but lo and behold, 2 weeks later my jacket is destroyed, all the feathers are coming out. I asked her why she ruined my jacket and it was not like that before. She said that it's totally normal for down or down alternative jackets to get loose stitching after dry cleaning therefore allowing all the feathers to come out. Why not tell me that when I dropped it off 3 weeks ago? You're supposed to be the professional, right?
