Since moving to the area from a private home equipped with a washer and dryer, I had to do careful research on where to launder my clothes. I'm extremely picky about how laundry is done. I do not trust dry cleaning services. I've tried it once in life and the results were a joke. They offer laundry delivery service here with their cute vans. This place is modern and clean. A tip that's helpful: For the best wash, do not over stuff the machines. Your clothes will appear as though they've never been washed. Be smart. Don't be cheap. Splurge the extra $1.50 for the appropriate sized machine. The attendants are very kind here and knowledgeable. I've been coming for 2 years now.

I have called several times and every time I called, I've reached someone who doesn't speak ANY ENGLISH and is beyond unable to communicate with English speaking costumers. Also, I was unable to use the app and unable to use their website (no fault of my own. They are having problems with both) so as a result I had to verbally give out my credit card information! Never will I do this again because ever since this situation, I've been dealing with fraudulent charges and my card had to be blocked by my banking institution!!!!!! But, as of recent I need my white dress shirts, black dress pants, and vest laundered and pressed. I also love to have my laundry wash dried and folded. This little establishment does everything! They're are a such sweet couple and have fantastic customer service!! They tried to find a button for my jacket, steamed my dress shirt one day for me in 10 minutes bc I don't like any wrinkles when I go to work:) I also have a very busy life and sometimes forget things, they remind me so kindly. They work so hard and take pride in their business, and have fantastic prices. They are clean and get all my food stains (from work like ketchup coffee etc.) out of my clothes. I recommended this place for all laundry drop off and dry cleaning needs. Thank you two so much!! (When I say all stains what I mean is: I try and get stains out at work when it happens, this couple does their best but don't expect a set in stain to come completely out and it look like a new article or clothing people! I asked the employee whats the name for the review (one completely different from mine). I have never had an issue here until today. The business is clearly managed by a person that does not know how to separate professionalism from their ego with terrible customer resolution skills and unwise about the situations she puts her employees in. He said "the driver, Mike" will call to arrange pick up. He called a few minutes later, I told him to knock/ring and I'll get him the bags. I brought two of the three bags out and popped back inside to grab a third. When I came back, the bags were gone. No knock/ring or "hey, can I take these?" Nothing, just gone. Then 2 minutes later I get a text from some other named laundry company, telling me I have to Venmo or Zelle him $48. WHAT???? He hadn't even had time to weigh the bags. I had spoken on the phone to TWO men. They said nothing of any of this. They were changing the terms of the agreement. I called Elio on the store phone line, or so I thought. He then told me he sold the company to Mike the driver, and deal with him. He said that he is just doing the laundry work for Mike, but it's Mike's company now. Then he told me he isn't in the store, or even in the state. I tell him I don't like deal being changed, and I don't have their payment methods, and to just bring the bags back. He told me I will have to PAY THEIR MINIMUM, $25 to get my clothing back!!!!! When I objected, he started mouthing off to me. I hung up and called the local Police, who sent a car over. They took care of it. The infractions were clear: - They took the bags without notice (not even all the bags I had) - They changed the agreement after the fact. - They tried to create an illegal bailment with my property. You can't make this stuff up!
