I was given a pickup date eight days later. Unfortunately, on the very day they were supposed to be ready, I received a call informing me that the alterations had not been completed. I immediately went to the store to pick up my pants and asked if they could recommend another tailor who might be able to help that day. Instead of receiving an apology or any effort to resolve the situation, I was met with a rude and dismissive attitude from the owner. I understand that delays can happen, but poor communication and unprofessional customer service are much harder to overlook. After waiting over a week only to find out my order wasn't completed as promised, I was extremely disappointed. Based on this experience, I will not be returning and would not recommend this business to others.

They washed everything all over and charged full price. I brought in a linen blouse and I think they ripped it and it took 2 more times for it to be repaired. Then I brought a pleated shirt and at first they did a nice job but then they pressed out all my pleats and they hid it in the group of garments. I brought it back and they said they would fix it and they didn't. I asked not to be charged and they took it off the bill. Now to try to get it repaired. I was quoted $10-15 per pleat from a luxury dry cleaner. Guess what I will never go back. Three mistakes and they are sneaky.

Recently I dropped off 2 bags worth of clothes to be washed, after receiving them i noticed that the bags were lighter then usual. After noticing that some of my clothes were missing, I called and spoke a women letting her know that my clothes weren't in the bag, she notified me and told me that my clothes were mixed into another persons bag and that there was no way of getting them back. I asked if there ways some way to be compensated for this issue, she told me to bring a receipt for the clothes to work out an amount. I gave here a receipt, and she argued with me on the price, i explained that is what i lost. After seeing this she said that she cant honor the full amount of the receipt saying that they are "used clothes" and not "new ones". We agreed on a price, and i figured that it was settled. The amount i was credited was to be applied to the next round of clothes i would bring in. I dropped off my bags last night and picked them up this morning, when i said that ill used the credit to pay for this round of laundry, she told me that she was no longer going to honor the price and that i would have to pay for this load. I paid, took my bags of clothes and left. Sad to say that i will not be returning to this place, and will no longer be giving them my business. You figured after a year and a half of using their services, there would be better customer service...

He said "the driver, Mike" will call to arrange pick up. He called a few minutes later, I told him to knock/ring and I'll get him the bags. I brought two of the three bags out and popped back inside to grab a third. When I came back, the bags were gone. No knock/ring or "hey, can I take these?" Nothing, just gone. Then 2 minutes later I get a text from some other named laundry company, telling me I have to Venmo or Zelle him $48. WHAT???? He hadn't even had time to weigh the bags. I had spoken on the phone to TWO men. They said nothing of any of this. They were changing the terms of the agreement. I called Elio on the store phone line, or so I thought. He then told me he sold the company to Mike the driver, and deal with him. He said that he is just doing the laundry work for Mike, but it's Mike's company now. Then he told me he isn't in the store, or even in the state. I tell him I don't like deal being changed, and I don't have their payment methods, and to just bring the bags back. He told me I will have to PAY THEIR MINIMUM, $25 to get my clothing back!!!!! When I objected, he started mouthing off to me. I hung up and called the local Police, who sent a car over. They took care of it. The infractions were clear: - They took the bags without notice (not even all the bags I had) - They changed the agreement after the fact. - They tried to create an illegal bailment with my property. You can't make this stuff up!

We have recently started using their dry cleaning service as well, and have been very happy with the care they've shown our garments. Highly recommend!
