He said "the driver, Mike" will call to arrange pick up. He called a few minutes later, I told him to knock/ring and I'll get him the bags. I brought two of the three bags out and popped back inside to grab a third. When I came back, the bags were gone. No knock/ring or "hey, can I take these?" Nothing, just gone. Then 2 minutes later I get a text from some other named laundry company, telling me I have to Venmo or Zelle him $48. WHAT???? He hadn't even had time to weigh the bags. I had spoken on the phone to TWO men. They said nothing of any of this. They were changing the terms of the agreement. I called Elio on the store phone line, or so I thought. He then told me he sold the company to Mike the driver, and deal with him. He said that he is just doing the laundry work for Mike, but it's Mike's company now. Then he told me he isn't in the store, or even in the state. I tell him I don't like deal being changed, and I don't have their payment methods, and to just bring the bags back. He told me I will have to PAY THEIR MINIMUM, $25 to get my clothing back!!!!! When I objected, he started mouthing off to me. I hung up and called the local Police, who sent a car over. They took care of it. The infractions were clear: - They took the bags without notice (not even all the bags I had) - They changed the agreement after the fact. - They tried to create an illegal bailment with my property. You can't make this stuff up!

This place is a magical land where all of your stains disappear…read more I don't know how they do it. One time I brought them a garment without even knowing what I got on it. They said to me- (verbatim) "hopefully it's just oil" Absurd?! Does nothing scare them?! What kind of sorcery are they doing here? I don't know, but in 11 years they've never even blinked an eye at the superfluous amount of random drinks and food I've spilled on myself. I ended up moving far away, and I still drive almost an hour just to get my clothes done here because simply put- they are the best. We now have the freedom to buy what we want and actually wear it without the fear of ruining it.
