They did an amazing job at a very reasonable price and very quickly, everyone love all the work done.... But here's why this review was really deserved...I recently lost my a family member, it was a very sudden death, very devastating to us all... and all at a time where some milestone events were happening as well. I called the owner, explained what had happened and ask if they would be able to embroider something for me, one item, a custom design with name but I also needed it the same day in less then 2 hours.. He told me, bring it in let's see what we can do, and that he would have one machine waiting for me. I told him my daughter was graduating college that weekend and the sash the school had made, they forgot to add something to it, he said no problem, it can be done quickly. Now while that was being done, I asked if he can custom design a butterfly flying away and name under it as a memorabilia to honor my cousin on my daughter gown as she walks on stage to get her degree so my cousin may be walking along side her together. He didn't hesitate. He quickly got on his computer made a few designs, worked with colors and sizing till he felt it was perfect. The work and design was very tedious, he dropped everything he was doing put everything on hold and started designing. After the designing process he took us to the back to choose colors, helped steer us in the right direction to have the butterfly come out perfect. He then asked where we wanted to put it and suggested it be on the left arm as it is closer to the heart, we agreed. It look so beautiful, just like my cousin. I then thanked him so much and asked how much do I owe him. I knew it would be a lot of $$$, as it was a rush rush rush custom design order but I didn't care, it's was lot that he did it in such a short amount of time. What he said and did after honestly shocked me, it shook me so much I just started to crying, tears just would not stop. He told me it would cost nothing, just a prayer and to have my daughter wear it proudly, he said how can I put a price on something with so much meaning behind it, just wear it proudly and remember me in your prayers. I thanked him again and left there in tears...to know someone could be so caring and kind during such a difficult time. If you need anything done, this is the place to go. They do amazing work and they are super kind, caring and compassionate. God will reward them for all their acts of kindest. The store had a really good selection overall and was clean and mostly well organized. I did find the layout a little confusing at times, although that may have just been because I wasn't familiar with the store yet. When I went in mid-to-late August, they already had a pretty large selection of both fall and Christmas décor. I liked having so much to look through, but the fall décor wasn't really my style. A lot of it leaned very modern farmhouse and felt a little basic or overdone to me. Some of the home décor in general also reminded me a little of how I would have decorated my college dorm room, so it wasn't necessarily what I'd choose for my home now. That said, décor is obviously very personal, and I wouldn't rule out buying something here if I happened to find the right piece. Prices seemed pretty reasonable, especially when things were on sale, and I thought the quality was decent for the price. I found a few things I liked, although I ended up leaving without most of the junk journaling supplies I had originally been considering. I somehow wound up buying two bouquets of faux flowers for around $12 instead, which I thought was a pretty good deal. I didn't have much interaction with the staff because it was a little difficult to find employees on the floor. There were staff members at checkout, although the line moved a little slowly. Parking was easy enough when I went in the middle of a weekday, but I'm not sure what it's like in the evenings or on weekends. The entrance is also a little easy to miss, and I could definitely see someone accidentally turning into the neighboring Whole Foods parking lot instead. Overall, I had a decent experience and would probably come back, especially for craft supplies and to see what they have for different seasons. For me, the craft section was more of a draw than the home décor, but there was definitely plenty to browse.

From the planning stage to the day of the party, everything went so smoothly. Shawn, the owner, was always quick to respond and so warm, kind, and attentive. During the party, Shawn guided the kids and handled the hosting, which allowed my husband and I to relaxed, mingled, and watched the kids have fun. As a parent planning a birthday party, that meant so much and made my day feel less stressful. Seeing how happy and excited my daughter was truly made it all worth it. We left with happy kids, adorable crafts to take home, and sweet memories. If you're looking for a fun and creative place to craft or host a kids birthday party- I definitely recommend this place. I opted for the Pandas Birthday Party Package, which includes up to 15 kids, each kid gets to pick any item of their choice to craft, you get 1.5 hr decorating time and 30 minutes for pizza/drinks (included), cake & even a game :) The price was very reasonable imo, I think they did a wonderful job in organizing, helping & being so attentive to the kids~ it was definitely a hit for all her 12 year old friends.
