I brought three pairs of pants to Laurel Tailors & Dry Cleaners on May 22 to be hemmed and…read moreexplained that I needed them completed as soon as possible. I was given a pickup date eight days later. Unfortunately, on the very day they were supposed to be ready, I received a call informing me that the alterations had not been completed. I immediately went to the store to pick up my pants and asked if they could recommend another tailor who might be able to help that day. Instead of receiving an apology or any effort to resolve the situation, I was met with a rude and dismissive attitude from the owner. I understand that delays can happen, but poor communication and unprofessional customer service are much harder to overlook. After waiting over a week only to find out my order wasn't completed as promised, I was extremely disappointed. Based on this experience, I will not be returning and would not recommend this business to others.
