I think this Dry Cleaner has been in existence for many many years & several generations. The owner whose name I forget was just so welcoming so easy-going and so nice. He's the type of person that you've felt that you've known your entire life. They take so much pride in their business and they seem to be very hard working individuals. The dress that I had dry cleaned came out perfect. The blouse that I had tailored came out beautifully. I really prefer to give my business to hometown, mom & pop small businesses. The few dresses that were more classic came in a very limited size range. If you're bigger than a size 12, they have nothing for you. Our consultant barely conversed with us and acted almost annoyed at our presence. There wasn't even music on in the salon so myself and the bride's party sat there in silence as we waited. And the chairs they offered could use some replacing. I was worried they would break since they clearly were VERY used. All in all, my friend tried on one dress and we were there for a total of 20 min. Our consultant couldn't care less and was very cold. Would never recommend this salon to anyone. Thankfully we had a wonderful experience at Lotus Bridal earlier in the day or else my friend would have been very discouraged. A very bizarre and off-putting experience. They washed everything all over and charged full price. I brought in a linen blouse and I think they ripped it and it took 2 more times for it to be repaired. Then I brought a pleated shirt and at first they did a nice job but then they pressed out all my pleats and they hid it in the group of garments. I brought it back and they said they would fix it and they didn't. I asked not to be charged and they took it off the bill. Now to try to get it repaired. I was quoted $10-15 per pleat from a luxury dry cleaner. Guess what I will never go back. Three mistakes and they are sneaky.
