As I walked in I was greeted by both a sales assistant and Rebeca the owner. Both were very friendly and accommodating, and within a few minutes, I had beautiful sparkly studs in my ears. I was very pleased with how meticulous Rebeca was on making sure the holes were even, she even pulled out a little ruler to measure. The piercing was pretty painless (it was my third hole so I'm kinda a pro.) I was really happy with my experience. It's a calm environment which I think would be good for kids. You are given a cleaning lotion and instructions how to keep them clean and infection free! I am pretty sure they do cartilage piercing on the ear also. Beside the ear piercing, they have a ton of cute accessories to browse. I ended up getting a necklace that have been searching for after seeing it on a girl at the Belmont Stakes. Thanks to Rebeca and Zaraz for a great ear piercing and a cute necklace to go with my summer wardrobe! Also love to keep my business in Lynbrook. I most def recommend Zaraz for ear piercing!

That was the one. So this was also mid pandemic and at the time only one person was allowed to come, so they allowed me To have 4 different appointments with the ones who meant most to me, Sheri even stayed late one day. So I already was very pleased and then I met Dalia, who was a complete angel to work with. I gained a few Pounds during Covid like a lot of us, and I was so upset and nervous because my dress did not fit, my next appointment 1 week later Dalia took out my dress and I felt like a beautiful bride, I also brought a veil in with me from else where, which I had a few concerns about Dalia altered it and made it the veil of my dreams. I felt like I was part of the family here by the time I picked up my Dress. This wasn't your typical get you in and out experience it was so much more. Sheri would even call me from time to time to see how planning and dieting was going. When I picked up my dress I was so sad to have to say goodbye to these ladies because they have truly been the best part of wedding planning.

I walked in completely clueless on a whim, tactlessly not making an appointment, and even though it was Juan's lunchbreak he still immediately took the time to see me and work with me. That said... let the man eat. Don't interrupt his break! I still feel bad about it!!! About the tailoring: Juan is just That Dude. He WILL make you look better and point out ways to make the clothes better compliment your body that others don't even know about. The pricing felt extremely fair and not at all like I was being overcharged for the amount and quality of work being done. Not only that, Juan did me a solid by getting the alterations done in-time with a big move out of state. Last minute, off of a random walk-in, and brother still treated me like I was a long time regular. And matter of fact, even though I'm going to be living down south I WILL still be getting my nicest clothing tailored by Juan. If he says it is going to be done on a particular day guaranteed it will not be done that day and you will be subjected to waiting and waiting based on his schedule. No system in place he just writes things (notes) down randomly on pieces of paper. As soon as you walk in to his tailoring shop you will see that it is completely unorganized and in need of cleaning and sanitizing. I started coming here 5 years ago and noticed this chaotic genious at the very start but I was willing to deal with it because my clothes came back to me at a bespoke level.....well sadly that level has deteriorated to the worst tailoring and lack of business integrity on Tony's part retirement for him unfortunately is a must .
