As I walked in I was greeted by both a sales assistant and Rebeca the owner. Both were very friendly and accommodating, and within a few minutes, I had beautiful sparkly studs in my ears. I was very pleased with how meticulous Rebeca was on making sure the holes were even, she even pulled out a little ruler to measure. The piercing was pretty painless (it was my third hole so I'm kinda a pro.) I was really happy with my experience. It's a calm environment which I think would be good for kids. You are given a cleaning lotion and instructions how to keep them clean and infection free! I am pretty sure they do cartilage piercing on the ear also. Beside the ear piercing, they have a ton of cute accessories to browse. I ended up getting a necklace that have been searching for after seeing it on a girl at the Belmont Stakes. And the chairs they offered could use some replacing. I was worried they would break since they clearly were VERY used. All in all, my friend tried on one dress and we were there for a total of 20 min. Our consultant couldn't care less and was very cold. Would never recommend this salon to anyone. Thankfully we had a wonderful experience at Lotus Bridal earlier in the day or else my friend would have been very discouraged. A very bizarre and off-putting experience. Not only that, Juan did me a solid by getting the alterations done in-time with a big move out of state. As soon as you walk in to his tailoring shop you will see that it is completely unorganized and in need of cleaning and sanitizing. I started coming here 5 years ago and noticed this chaotic genious at the very start but I was willing to deal with it because my clothes came back to me at a bespoke level.....well sadly that level has deteriorated to the worst tailoring and lack of business integrity on Tony's part retirement for him unfortunately is a must .
