As I walked in I was greeted by both a sales assistant and Rebeca the owner. Both were very friendly and accommodating, and within a few minutes, I had beautiful sparkly studs in my ears. I was very pleased with how meticulous Rebeca was on making sure the holes were even, she even pulled out a little ruler to measure. The piercing was pretty painless (it was my third hole so I'm kinda a pro.) I was really happy with my experience. It's a calm environment which I think would be good for kids. You are given a cleaning lotion and instructions how to keep them clean and infection free! I am pretty sure they do cartilage piercing on the ear also. Beside the ear piercing, they have a ton of cute accessories to browse. I ended up getting a necklace that have been searching for after seeing it on a girl at the Belmont Stakes. The few dresses that were more classic came in a very limited size range. If you're bigger than a size 12, they have nothing for you. Our consultant barely conversed with us and acted almost annoyed at our presence. There wasn't even music on in the salon so myself and the bride's party sat there in silence as we waited. And the chairs they offered could use some replacing. I was worried they would break since they clearly were VERY used. All in all, my friend tried on one dress and we were there for a total of 20 min. Our consultant couldn't care less and was very cold. Would never recommend this salon to anyone. Thankfully we had a wonderful experience at Lotus Bridal earlier in the day or else my friend would have been very discouraged. A very bizarre and off-putting experience. Seems like they should close if they don't want customers in their store.

No system in place he just writes things (notes) down randomly on pieces of paper. As soon as you walk in to his tailoring shop you will see that it is completely unorganized and in need of cleaning and sanitizing. I started coming here 5 years ago and noticed this chaotic genious at the very start but I was willing to deal with it because my clothes came back to me at a bespoke level.....well sadly that level has deteriorated to the worst tailoring and lack of business integrity on Tony's part retirement for him unfortunately is a must .

Dhina was able to create the straps and find a lace that matched PERFECTLY, the straps looked like they were part of my original dress. She also did a lot of work on the corset top and the bustle to make sure everything fit like a glove.
