I called ASAP Locksmith and a gentleman arrived with the company in a timely manner. He asked me to take him to the locked door in question quickly because he said he was running late for another client. He took a look at my locks and said something along the lines of, "Since there's two locks (or twin locks or something like that), it's going to cost $75." Mind you, when inquiring on the phone, they told me it'd cost 19.99 or more, which is honest, but good Lord was I hoping for the impossible scenario that it might be as cheap as 20 bucks. I confirmed with the gentleman, "$75 for everything?" He said yes. I let him do his thing and I walked not far off to my car to get the money. I came back a minute later and he was already done. He looked at me and said, "Okay, that's going to be $225." Not to be crass, but my rectum did that thing it does when I'm in a scary situation, like getting chased by a grizzly bear, getting a gun pointed in my face, or being asked to hand over more money than I currently have to my name for a simple operation that takes no time at all. Called the dude a liar. He reluctantly charged me $150 instead. I have him $180, expecting change-which he didn't have- so I gave up and just ate cashews for the rest of the week because it's cheaper than going out and buying groceries that will actually sustain your living and breathing human body. I'm a dipshit but, also, the man that ASAP Locksmith sent my way was a swindler who cheated me. Next time, I'm breaking through the window and replacing the glass; I'm sure it'd be a more affordable option. read more

So it's Thanksgiving and my Mom tried to open her door and the lock wouldn't work. I thought we were in trouble finding someone to come out. OMG! ASAP really came thru for me tonight....After being locked out my apt for almost 6 hours with NO PHONE I was able to get in contact with a friend(via FB messenger) that found ASAP online. At 1am she spoke with Brandon who told her he could be to me within 30 mins, he consistently kept her updated on his ETA and so she was able to keep me updated. Brandon arrived right at 30 mins and was done in 5 mins. The guy that provided the service initially was prompt and nice. When I got my bill I saw they had charged me way more than the amount I had agreed to. So I called to find out why, the lady that answered the phone was extremely rude and said only the supervisor could handle disputes and he was on vacation for a month! She ended the phone call by hanging up on me. Considering this is a service based business I couldn't believe that this young girl answering the phones was so incredibly rude and put out by a phone call. BEWARE! They are thieves. They quote something over the phone and then charge you 4-5 times more. They even added a tip on to the cc fraudulently. They will not answer your call if you call to complain no matter how many times you call. They're a complete fraud. read more
