I wanted to buy a new 70" TV for my living room and move my 65" into my garage because I got a pool table and made it into a cool place to hang out. The Samsung tv was on sale and I purchased it. My dad saw it was on sale and bought 1 two on a separate transaction. we picked both up and brought them home (1) to my house and 2nd to his house. I took it out the box and had it hung up and it was shattered. Had to bring it back and get another one. THEN - my dad's tv wasn't opened until super bowl and it's freaking cracked too. same thing ...immediately took it back and denied because it was over 30 days. so best buy won't help and samsung won't help. If you want to try to contact anyone ... GOODLUCK! It goes straight to India !!!! If we bought it at Costco...we wouldn't ever have this issue. I will never buy at Best Buy again. I was fortunate enough to meet Richard Landen while I was there. Richard was very knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful. I told Richard I needed to discuss a few of the model options with my wife, and I'd call him with a decision within a week. I phoned Richard a few days later, and told him which model Subzero we wanted to order. He couldn't have made the whole purchase any easier. Richard emailed me the receipt, and told me the new Subzero would be available for pickup in a few days. Richard was kind enough to inform me that if I selected a certified installer Subzero adds an extra year to the warranty! So I figured I had better do just that, and I went with Top Tier Appliance Installations which is owned by John Yeager. If there was ever an appropriately named business, it's John's business! John and his crew really were top tier! From keeping me apprised of their arrival time to protecting my floors removing the old SubZero, to being diligent as they carefully lugged these 800 pound machines (both the old Subzero and the new Subzero) up and down my stairs without damaging my home! The installation job they did on my new Subzero was spectacular! I would highly recommend John and his team without reservation! I'm a very particular guy, and John and his team are definitely welcome back in my home anytime. The first washer they installed was defective and it was replaced without question and very quickly. So I appreciated that however, the reason I'm giving them four stars rather than five is the Electrolux washer is just so dang noisy. It clunks and thuds and clunks and thuds. I've lived in the same house for the past 30 years and this is my third set of front load washers and dryers. None of the previous washers made noise like this one does. If you have your laundry hook up in the garage, you probably wouldn't notice it. My laundry room is adjacent to the downstairs family room, so the noise is noticeable. The reason I mentioned that I've had two previous front load washers and dryers is because it never occurred to me to ask if it was noisy because my previous sets were not noisy. Just something to take into consideration if your laundry hook up is inside your house and not out in the garage.

I am not sure how to express how incredible our experience was at this T-Mobile location. My wife…read moreand I went in on July 20 to inquire about switching from Verizon to T-Mobile. When we originally decided to go in it was just to gather information about pricing and plans for us and we were not planning on completing any transactions. When we entered the store, we were immediately greeted by Emily, one of the associates who sat down with us to inquire about why we came into the store. After we explained to her what we were looking for her retail manager on staff that day came over and started talking to us as well trying to dig a little deeper about what it is we wanted to do. So, after talking to both of them we decided that it was a cheaper idea to keep our devices and bring them over from Verizon. They are going to pay off our phones for us for switching which is absolutely awesome. What we ended up doing was we decided to bring our phones over and leave the other devices with Verizon just for now until we pay off our phones. Once we pay off our phones, we will bring the rest of our devices over, so we are on T-Mobile network solely. We only had to pay $50 for everything and our account is now set up and ready for the other devices, so we don't have to add lines when we go in! Both Emily and her retail manager were so helpful and friendly it made me realize that there are truly people out there not just to make money but there are people who are there to ensure you're getting only what you need and nothing more. Plus, there are so many perks included with T-Mobile that you would have to pay for with Verizon or another carrier. Then I had to go in the next day to find out why I was unable to log into the T-Life app and the associate that helped me was so helpful and he was able to get my logged in in a matter of minutes. The trip to the store did not take long at all. We would like to thank the staff at the Petaluma T-Mobile store for making it such an easy process and making us feel like we really do belong with T-Mobile. We will be returning to this location for all of our mobile needs.

I have reported for 10 years that my service at home in Petaluma on the West side too often sounds…read morelike popcorn, mostly on the other side of conversations. A T-Mobile 611 tech told me that T-Mobile doesn't have sufficient cell tower coverage, that NONE of the repair requests had ever been researched as they knew that this was the case. THANK YOU TECH who told me!!! They are now pushing INTERNET SERVICES, again, poor coverage. And, my phone bill is $96/mo and a phone that was stolen which I paid insurance for I still have to pay off. Why bother having insurance if they merely allow you to keep paying on a stolen phone. Yes, they do give you a RECONDITIONED phone, that someone else returned. When I can I'll switch to VERIZON which everyone I speak to seems to think does much better. Too bad this is about the best you can do is vent on YELP because the company doesn't have reputable service practices.
