Absolutely amazing…read more We used these guys to trim our massive eucalyptus trees a couple years ago. They did an amazing job, were highly professional and left me the wood and mulch as I had requested. At the time, we had asked our neighbors to have their dangerous tree cut back as well. It had already split one of the main trunks, and it was now leaning towards my house. They did not follow through. I have begged them for the last couple years to have this tree cut. I finally had Master Tree come out to look again, they let me know there was a 70 to 80% chance it would fall soon... It would crush part of my roof and my air conditioner. I let my neighbors know, and again they refused. They said their insurance would cover it if it fell. I was appalled that someone would say such a thing!! I told them these eucalyptus trees are called widowmakers for a reason...and insurance would not help me if I was dead! Long story short, Master Tree did everything in their power to help the situation. The owner, Cesar, said he was 100% on my side. He reached out to my neighbors multiple times and even offered to come out and make a professional note claiming the owners were being negligent that I could give to insurance if the tree did end up falling. After repeated conversations, letting my neighbors know this heat wave, the invasive spotted beetle covering their tree and the lack of rain makes the situation so much more dangerous... They finally caved. Multiple years of this drama and I can finally sleep peacefully in my own bedroom, and even walk in my yard while the Santa Ana winds are blowing strong if I choose to, without the threat of this tree falling on me!! I cannot even begin to express my gratitude to this company. Their persistence, their professionalism, their incredibly fast work is all just so impressive. They will be my go-to tree guys for as long as I live here... And I will continue to refer them to anyone who needs tree trimming. Thank you to Cesar, Esteban and Stephanie & Celeste in the office for making this happen! I'm now feeling stress-free for the upcoming El Nino. Thank you, thank you!!!

Master Tree beat all the other quotes (blindly), including the ones from Facebook Marketplace. Esteban showed up the first time to give me the estimate and explained that "a team" would show up, take all the necessary safety precautions, remove it in ONE hour, grind the stump on site (they show up with big, new trucks), and clean up. Well, they did just that PLUS they trimmed other trees for an additional nominal fee, removed other debris I had at no additional fee, and did an amazing job with the cleanup! Their office staff handled the scheduling, emailed me their liability proof of insurance, handled the billing invoice, processed payment and receipt with extreme efficiency! In short, they are professional, fast, and reliable -- they go above and beyond, and it's all done by a great group of nice, friendly people! If you use anyone else, it will be your loss!

Noe Pablo was the most thorough in messaging through the Yelp app, so my husband and I chose him. I had 2 medium-sized fruit trees I needed to transfer from my parent's home in Southeast San Diego to mine in North County. I took pictures and he gave us a very reasonable price. We also decided to also add another service to take out our palm tree. There were a couple of mishaps such as: The day he was scheduled to take out the palm tree, he was a no-show and my husband had to call him an hour after he was supposed to arrive. Then, the day after that incident, was the fruit tree transfer. He and his team forgot to bring their dolly. Thank goodness my Dad had one so they borrowed it, but now we have the burden in taking it back. Despite these mishaps, Noe was very knowledgeable and professional in his mannerisms. The day of the fruit tree transfer, he and his team arrived in a timely manner, was efficient and did a great job overall. We were very pleased and will definitely use him again if we have another project.

It's rare to find a company that combines excellent work with such great customer service, but Vista Del Ray truly delivers. Also, this past year, one became heavily infested with spider mites and it was starting to spread to the other tree. Moreover, it was harrowing to watch them sway back and forth in high wind events. Reluctantly, after procrastinating for months, I came to the conclusion that it would be best to remove them asap before we get any more compromising weather this fall/winter and there was an actual retaining wall breach. I called Santos and he came out the next day & as he gave me a fair price for the work, we scheduled the task for the following week. His tree cutter was careful not to compromise my internet wires that were attached to the telephone pole and when grinding the stump his crew took extra care to avoid my irrigation pipes and landscaping wire. In addition to the tree clean up, they took away some other plant debris I had accumulated getting the area ready for the tree cutting and even cut some tree branches breaching my fence line from my neighbors house which was much appreciated. Although I am always reluctant to fell trees, Santos and his crew did an outstanding job and provided excellent customer service!
