Service-communication: very good. My main contact was James. Took a lot of time with us. We were going from scratch, so it took a while for us to figure out what we wanted. Plus, had to get HOA approval for a pergola - never fun, but finally got through that. Second contact was Ali toward the end with the irrigation and plants. Easy to deal with. Once the contract was signed, they indicated 2-3 weeks to begin, and that was accurate. Supply delivery began about five days prior to commencing work. The initial crew wasted no time getting to work. They kept the premises clean. Everyone professional. Quality: All I can say, is so far so good! Nice paver work, Pergola looks great. Electrical all appears properly done. Turf looks great. We are very happy with the results. Everyone cleaned up after themselves. Delays: none of any consequence. Damaged our neighbors' plants, over sprayed the whole side of the house. We had to demand correction and fixing. When we asked a simple question in a group chat, the owner removed himself instead of responding. That says everything about their accountability and communication! Overall, not the experience I expected, and I wouldn't recommend this company based on how my consultation went. We initially had concrete in mind, but Jason let us know he got of out concrete and primarily does pavers, as they look better and are stronger. We honestly just assumed pavers would be out of our price range, but opted to get a quote to remove a few sections of our walkway to add the driveway, raise the wall and then a quote to pave around our shed. Though the quote may not have been the cheapest, we also added a project and the over value and product could not be beat. I also truly believe you get what you pay for and Jason and his team do awesome work. Their prices are extremely reasonable for the quality, attention to details and efficiency his team provides. The plan was never clear until Craig came over, asked us what we want, sprayed some lines on the ground, worked up a written quote and then came back with a cad picture to allow us to visualize it. Working with Craig was the absolute best, he is a true professional. I like how he interacts with his crew as he was on the job daily and was very flexible and offering no surprises during or after the job. Actually, I am picky and somewhat high maintenance on large projects, since I want to learn as they do without breaking a sweat. I had watched them work every day, asked questions, and added a few items during the process. I can honestly say that they put so much forethought and work in the preparation if the sub surface planning for the overall project. I think a lot of people have bad experiences as they only focus on the visual product and that is where some of the other quotes lacked, Craig's crew took their time and did it 100% correct and with the highest quality in workmanship. Much if their time was spent grading, preparing the sound surface for the travertine, flow of the water in the yard and working as a team to finish in about a week. He and his crew truly love what they do and have a passion for it. When he said he would do the job like its his own home, he meant it and delivered. Craig even made a few trips over afterwards to check on the plants and grass to assure it was rooting correctly- adjusting watering schedules etc. My only regret is I did not take photos of the yard before, perhaps Craig has some he can upload. It was a weedy dirt lot with a pool in the middle.
