Wow, these guys really know what they're doing. I was nervous because I had two 30+yo overgrown…read moreficus that needed thinning and cutting back. But I also wanted them to look beautiful from the road. I've attached before and photos and I'll let you judge for yourself as to the finished product, but I'm thrilled! I know people in other comments have complained that it sometimes takes a bit for Octavio to return calls and texts, but don't let that dissuade you from having patience and hiring them. In my case, once he received the photos of my trees and we agreed on a price, they came out same day and did a bang up job. Cleanup and everything went perfectly. It was like the tree fairies hit them with a wand because I couldn't tell they'd been there afterward. The price was very competitive. They charged me exactly what a different company charged back in spring of 24 and while I was happy with that company's work at the time, I will say that on comparison my trees look better this time around.

UPDATE: I'm unfortunately changing my original review. I was genuinely happy with Octavio's work,…read more which is why I left such a positive review and said I'd hire Three Tree Services again. I've since tried repeatedly to do exactly that and have been ignored. I contacted Octavio multiple times about a friend's storm-damaged mesquite. No response. Now my own tree needs additional work, so I contacted him again about the tree he previously serviced. He read the message and, again, no response. He even ignored my neighbor's requests for service. Just no response. I understand being busy or not wanting a job. A simple "Sorry, I'm not available" takes a few seconds. Repeatedly reading messages from previous customers and simply ignoring them is unprofessional. His original work was good, but that doesn't matter much if you can't get him to respond when you need tree service. I won't be contacting Three Tree Services again.

Mom Approved Fantastic Tree Service Removal!! Highly recommended!…read more I recently called Essence AZ after reading so many 5 star reviews they had. They responded promptly and requested pictures of my trees to properly quote me as requested. I did shop around and received other quotes. I decided to hire them because of their great reviews; but also because they were reasonable in prices and had great customer service in responding and information I needed. Essence AZ removed both trees from my property with stump grinding--a sizable palm tree and a citrus tree. Their team efficiently tackled the job, demonstrating expertise in handling large-diameter trees. The cleanup was thorough. They were very professional and sweet to my mom in making sure she was happy with their service. Overall, I'm extremely pleased with their great service! I would definitely hire them in the future!

Bryan and his crew took down 2 decent sized mesquite trees in our backyard and removed the stumps within 2 hours. They also removed a bougainvillea bush that we've been trying to remove for years. Amongst all the quotes, they were in the median price range, but they had the largest portfolio of positive photos and reviews, which is why I selected them for this service. Scheduling was fairly simple, and the service went well as scheduled. However, due to the invasive nature of the tree, it started to sprout back. Upon notifying Arbor Care, they were quick to send someone to come back and address the tree again at no additional charge. There have been no issues since. I appreciate their helpfulness when a re-service was required. I have already referred them to others through word of mouth, but wanted to do so on this platform as well because they deserve the praise for a job well done. Thank you!

When they removed the stump they pulled up the irrigation line and did not bury it back. Good removal of tree; terrible follow up on grinding down the stump and putting the yard back in shape after removal.

My two pineapple palm trees were trimmed neatly with all the pods and dead fronds removed, and the cleanup afterwards was excellent as well. Prior to the appointment, Andy the owner answered all my questions by text, email, and phone while arranging my appointment as I was having some trouble with the online booking since I had some out of the ordinary scheduling difficulties on my end and needed to talk things out. Afterwards, Dan did a walk around my property and we discussed what might be done on a return visit and when best to trim what. He knows his stuff and cares about doing right by the trees and wouldn't be one of those choppers and whackers that leaves your trees with mutilated limbs. He has been studying for credentialing through the International Society of Arboriculture so he can learn even more. Good men=good company! Ask about their veterans and cash discounts too since they really help keep the price reasonable and it's thoughtful they are offered.
