Last Saturday we had a big problem... it flooded the northeast corner of our lot. I csearch Yelp for drip system repairs and Yelp provided AZ Junk Busters. I called and spoke with Sergio. After explaining the problem, he said he could come out the next day. The problem was caused by a large tree root that had crowded and eventually cracked the PVC pipe. Long story short, he spent a day and a half rerouting the PVC line to ensure it wouldn't happen again and did it for a very reasonable price. Sergio is very professional and polite. He kept calling me "Sir" until I told him that was my dad. He did an exceptional repair and restored the area and closely as possible to what it was before. He is an extremely hard worker. My concern was that I felt the result was very different from what I hoped. I was disappointed. I hoped to have one of the nicest properties in the community, and instead I felt a little embarrassed. This is my fault, but I was out of the country for a couple of months while the company was doing the install, and I was too busy to give the project the careful thought that it required. After being in the house for one week, I decided that I was unhappy enough to be feel bad instead of happy about my new front and back yards. I decided to find another landscaper to totally redo the landscaping. I had seen the Desert Sage Landscaping truck several times over the past few months working on nicely landscaped properties (I rented a house in the community for 8 moths while they built my house). I liked what I saw. I talked with one of the guys and he took me to the owner, Miguel. I liked having the owner actively maintaining landscapes because that gave me confidence that he had a lot of practical, on the job experience with plants in our desert environment.
