I was so pleased with their work, I felt they went over and above what I had asked for. They took their time, and cleaned up when they were done too, there were lots of leaves! I was happy with the price quoted and even asked for another bid on some other work that will be needed soon. Kyle and his helper were very polite and helpful and answered all my questions. I even asked about other projects I was looking to take care of. I'm very glad that I took that chance, it was a great experience having someone do what they say they will do and then go over and above that! Thanks for helping me with my project. Gina

I had a 35+ year old bottle tree in a small patio that had become very overgrown and too large for the space. He was communicative through the entire process so I knew exactly what to expect and he completed all of his work on time. In addition he cleaned out the gutters for me which want part of the original quote! I will definitely use him in the future.

The quoted price was fair but, as it turned out, the quality of service was substandard. They occasionally missed areas of my yard needing weed control.

Wow!! Thank you for installing my new roof!! The roofers were extremely respectful, communicative,…read moreand reliable. They stuck to the timeline we agreed upon and pricing was comparable to other companies. The difference with this company, that I haven't seen before, is there ability to communicate. With each step/day they asked if I had any concerns or questions and updated me on what was being done next. For me, I like to know what's going on and what time someone is going to show up... the worse part about other companies I've used is the lack of reliability and communication. Other companies just come and go as they please... playing loud inappropriate music, and not cleaning up after themselves. Truvo (Brad) was a breath of fresh air!! Thank you for taking such a big stress item off my mind!

My call to Steve this week was no different. During my daily watering cycle, I noticed that one of our drip manifolds was hissing and leaking water. I contacted Steve, who said he'd visit my home that afternoon to address the problem. After Steve arrived (within a few hours), he identified and fixed the leak I noted, and he checked my yard for any additional problems. He found and replaced another cracked drip manifold along with multiple clogged drip bubblers. After completion, Steve charged me a very modest amount for his time, effort, and expertise. I would recommend Steve's Landscaping to anyone looking for great service at a reasonable price.

They arrived at the time they promised and completed the work in one day. JC sent texts, pictures and videos of the work as it was being done and the finished project with the sprinklers working in the yards . They cleaned all the underground boxes containing the wires, coils, valves etc.. to our system . JC He came back later for the payment and checked on his work and made some small adjustments. It was a pleasure to have this type of service and professionalism from a yard and landscape company or any company , This company is Family owned and operated. Viveros Vision Landscapes was so Efficient, easy to work with JC and they demonstrated very high integrity . I can't say enough positive things about how JC dealt with me and how he runs his talented crew. Constant communication with me , results worth the price, and responsiveness - a rarity in today's world! thank you JC. We highly recommend this Company! Regards , P and W in central Phoenix

I walked over and asked the crew leader to give me a price for that work. I liked the price and soon scheduled the work. Juan Carlos asked me about a tree replacement for what they were removing. We settled on a Mastic tree. Viveros Vision Landscapes did a great job! What I thought would take a day or more, they did in less than 3 hours! Including planting the replacement Mastic tree! Their 5-man crew was super efficient and the clean-up was thorough. This was a small thing but actually a BIG DEAL to a home owner --- 2 crew members held up a large tarp while a 3rd man was grinding down the stump of the removed PV tree! That little action kept sawdust and wood chips from flying all over my patio! You'll see that in the photos attached. I will use Viveros again for any add'l tree work I need.

The first few visits (as ABC) were fine, but then they went to crap about the time they say the sabotage occurred. OK...giving the benefit of the doubt, I contracted them to do clean-up and pre-emergent this month. The clean-up was not thorough. They missed two big piles of debris, possibly because they arrived late and didn't finish until after dark. The application of the pre-emergent was slip-shod. They put a dye in it, so you can see where it was applied, and where it wasn't. This was a half-assed job, frankly. And, similar to last summer when I fired "ABC", they aren't returning my texts or answering my calls, and their voicemail box is "full" per the automated message. In person, Christian is a nice guy, and seems earnest. But the way the business is run is unprofessional.
