They arrived at the time they promised and completed the work in one day. JC sent texts, pictures and videos of the work as it was being done and the finished project with the sprinklers working in the yards . They cleaned all the underground boxes containing the wires, coils, valves etc.. to our system . JC He came back later for the payment and checked on his work and made some small adjustments. It was a pleasure to have this type of service and professionalism from a yard and landscape company or any company , This company is Family owned and operated. Viveros Vision Landscapes was so Efficient, easy to work with JC and they demonstrated very high integrity . I can't say enough positive things about how JC dealt with me and how he runs his talented crew. Constant communication with me , results worth the price, and responsiveness - a rarity in today's world! thank you JC. We highly recommend this Company! Regards , P and W in central Phoenix

I walked over and asked the crew leader to give me a price for that work. I liked the price and soon scheduled the work. Juan Carlos asked me about a tree replacement for what they were removing. We settled on a Mastic tree. Viveros Vision Landscapes did a great job! What I thought would take a day or more, they did in less than 3 hours! Including planting the replacement Mastic tree! Their 5-man crew was super efficient and the clean-up was thorough. This was a small thing but actually a BIG DEAL to a home owner --- 2 crew members held up a large tarp while a 3rd man was grinding down the stump of the removed PV tree! That little action kept sawdust and wood chips from flying all over my patio! You'll see that in the photos attached. I will use Viveros again for any add'l tree work I need.

I wrote Pablo a text explaining and asked if he could hopefully return it. (Why would pro tree trimmers even want a small single handed chain saw) Pablo was very quick to respond; he was upset. They gave us a flat fee for a "deep clean," and claimed they were done with dishes in the sink (sink not cleaned), beds not made, and visible dust, dirt and dog hair everywhere. They also caused damage, and then wanted @$150 per hour for their crappy services -- what?!? We had to call the police to get rid of them. BEWARE. They have many names, but they did a TERRIBLE JOB, THE WORST CLEANING EVER, and then Cesar arrogantly tried to bully us into paying a ridiculous amount (as a kindness, we gave them $25 per person per hour -- I regretted that I did this once I saw the damage they caused). He has lots of one time customers -- no surprise. Don't be duped and defrauded by this group.
